This is going to be embarrassing live on tv.Everybody is going to see how shit our pitch is and how spineless and gutless our team has become.Total humiliation on the telly 0-3 to the Shrews.

There was a joke a few years ago that the BBC hated us for not having us on the box during our cup run, well I think it's more Sky who hate us putting our shower on 3 times, our fans have been humiliated enough recently.

Don't worry Shrews our players are already bent over shorts down by their ankles, fill yer boots.

Won't make a prediction but it is the start of cricket season, how fitting.

Not content with embarrassing ourselves on national TV yesterday, Lincoln's shithousery and ref incompetence aside, i full expect us to follow suit on thursday with another capitulation.

Not watched our other TV games then mate? No chance you lose this, Grayson also talking about changing the full 11, so wouldn't surprise me if half the team are kids. Although I'd rather that as at least they'd lose putting in effort, and playing for the shirt.

this is EXACTLY the type of game we lose, when the opposition are in horrendous form. See also Bury away :ffs:

Public humiliation pt. 3 - ‘Shamed by Shrewsbury’. The Sky Sports trilogy no one wanted to see after, ‘Doncaster disaster’ and it’s sequel, ‘Battered by Blackburn’.

It’s looking like it’s gonna be the lowest crowd for years on Thursday, although the official figures given will be around the 19,000 mark I doubt there’ll be 10,000 who actually attend.

Don't there'll be too may coming up from Shrewsbury either (400 max?) despite the offer of free coach journey for those that travel on official away coaches. Many have just had an expensive and disappointing weekend in London, just had to fork out for next years season ticket and with the game being on TV I think it will put a lot of the non die-hards off..

You'd have to pay me quite a lot of money to do my usual 4 hour round trip for this.

Not going, not even watching on TV, get this season finished. Enjoy your three points.

You can chuck some of the performances in recently to us just being shit but still putting a tiny bit of effort in. Losing 5-0 at fecking Blackpool changed that, embarrassing, done with these players I’m afraid

Going to this with my brother tonight. Can't see anything other than Shrewbury absolutely smashing them. Season long over for City, and if they hadn't done as well as they had first half of the season they could have been looking at relegation.

Well tonight is going to be sh*t. Expecting a fair few regulars to be dropped on a muddy lake of a pitch.

Not a bad game really for a 0-0 at this level, draw probably a fair result.

Just good to see a bit of effort for once.

Looks like we’ll secure promotion against Bristol Rovers or Fleetwood now.

Disappointed to only draw, both teams had good chances tbf that didn’t reflect the 0-0

Decided this morning to make the effort and go, and thankfully the players put some in as well. But though it was quite a poor quality game from both sides, we needed more care on the ball when they went down to 10 as they were there for the taking.

Good luck to the Shrews, but Blackburn and Wigan look about ten classes above, shows the gulf between the top 2 and the rest even if the point difference doesn't.

Let’s be honest - their wage bills are also 10 classes above - both teams are still paying championship wages and have spent more on agents fees alone that we spent on our entire squad. The fact we’ve pushed them both this far is incredible

Was a decent 0-0. Plenty of effort as well, reflected by the reception at the end. Wyke should have buried that header in the second half though.

Totally agree, but the fact you're comfortably 3rd shows the lack of quality in this league. They are the only two I can see staying up in the championship.

Makes our result on Tuesday look alright now. 4 point gap maintained, Shrews running out of time to catch us up. Injuries and suspensions hitting their small squad by the looks of it.

Promotion party at Charlton away :bdick:

top two probably done and dusted now, credit to Shrewsbury though to even finish 3rd and miles better than the rest is some achievement, just hope they win the play offs and we aren't subjected to Rotherham fans again in the Chamionship section.

F*** sakes Bradford, can't you let them have the 3 points?

We'll try do you a favour tomorrow Shrews but I'm not hopeful with 8/9 players missing

All three home games with the top three could/should have ended 0-0, Wigan and Blackburn both fashioned a good chance and took it and walked away with 1-0 wins, that’s the difference, not really our fault (other than us being generally gash). Fair play to Shrewsbury for pushing them both this far.

It surprised us, others usually just turn up and take them. Lost money last night.

Thought the game was there for the taking, even when we went down to 10. If only Nolan could have put one of those two chances away....

It just seems to happen for teams like Wigan and Blackburn. Every team has chances, even us very fecking rarely. But certain teams seem to find a way through, can’t really be coincidental.
