Clubs you like other than your own

I only have temporary soft spots - for fans of clubs that endured great injustice like being kicked out of your home ground. Wimbledon of course, Newport, Brighton, Charlton and although they are back now - currently Coventry. Be great if they could buy the Ricoh back and kick the rugby franchise out. For some reason I never had a temporary soft spot for Rotherham though. Indoctrination, perhaps, from being on the Pontoon in my youth singing We hate Yorkies and we hate Yorkies...

I thought you'd like Rotherham, when they moved to the Don Valley Stadium they became like Grimsby, not playing in their own town.

No - dislike of all Yorkshire football clubs seems to be ingrained in North Lincs. And at the same time I was a big fan of Yorkshire CCC, and G Boycott especially, as a youth. Not great to speak about that at the moment, although the mess is starting to be cleaned up by Darren Gough...
