Wash your mouth out. We're the famous AFC Fylde

No disrespect intended. Well maybe a bit.

Your chap is saying there should be no playoffs, why? What’s it to him? Like the Fleetwood idiot in League 1, he’s also demanding a salary cap. Normally a demand I’d agree with, but coming from these two, who presumably have paid a shit load more than their rivals to get their clubs up through the leagues, I find it a load of bollocks quite honestly.

I completely agree. We've outspent other clubs to be where we are so it's incredible really

Haha now Chorley are objecting to being relegated. Akin to Jimmy Savile’s relatives objecting to people not remembering what a great fundraiser he was.
Their argument being they could be the only team relegated.....erm should have tried to avoid being the worst team in the league by a distance then.

Will he want a salary cap on the NLN if you get relegated?

Something tells me he might change his mind?

I do like Chorley as a club but come on, a near 10% win ratio deserves another crack at the National League, while York who've spent the majority of the season top of the league are denied even a chance of getting there?

I read the Chorley objection slightly differently - I don't think they are saying we're the only club in non league that gets relegated so we shouldn't - i think they are saying relegate us AND Fylde and Ebbsfleet.... Chorley know they will be in NLN and are a respected club at that level and if they help drag Fylde down they will be respected and popular...

So in three whole days they haven't even bothered to add a sentence to an email? What a farce.

The DCMS have been clear - it's up for the NL to decide whether they're elite or not.

Surely no vote today then as clubs can't be expected to vote on a document that doesn't exist.

I can't see it being resolved this week.

Notts confirmed they got it but other clubs have not. This is actually worse than local county junior leagues when dealing with junior football. I spent 7 years coaching and pulling my hair out with FAs and leagues but at least they sent things out promptly.

You've changed your tune. Thought you were the model of sustainable spending and organic growth?

I dont even know what I think anymore. I just want to know what division we are in next season. How long is this going to carry on for?

It's got to the stage where it's almost moved on from which month will we know to which year... it's beyond ridiculous now

Fairness requires the same rules for all our members National, North and South. Sporting Integrity demands proper sporting outcomes. That means promotion for the professionals that have worked hard for 34 plus games to get to the top of their leagues.

Sounds like we're definitley throwing our names into the hat for York etc.

Really three should go up to the EFL -- Three should go down. In the NL Four should go down and Two each from NLS & NLN should go up. End of.

The National League seem to have just outsourced all their comms to BBC local radio journalists.
Well at least they’re not making idiots of themselves unlike the ones in Scotland who are the mistaken impression that Hearts have been treated abominabl.

I have heard that good news is on the way and finally the right thing is going to happen in football! Thank goodness - have to keep my counsel but Keep the Faith

That guy gives me the creeps. He looks like what you'd get if the child catcher and Gordon Gecko had a baby.
