Chesterfield, Hartlepool, Notts County, Stockport, Torquay, Wrexham and Yeovil will receive £95,000 a month, with the 16 other clubs receiving £84,000.
National League games are currently being played behind closed doors.

The first payments of National Lottery funds is scheduled for next week.

In National League North and South, the majority of clubs will get £30,000 a month, although Chester, Dulwich Hamlet, Hereford, Maidstone and York will receive £36,000 a month on the same distribution model basis.

Absolute disgrace that. It's supposed to cover lost revenue.

So a bankrolled club who average a few hundred fans get's nearly £50k more than a fan owned club who averages 2,000 fans and is completely reliant on that gate money.

Nothing surprises me with this lot though sadly.

It’s bizarre. We get the same as Torquay even though our average crowds (so lost earnings) are double theirs. Similar thing with, say, Halifax and Boreham Wood, and then all through the regional divisions. You would’ve thought they could come up with something that’s a bit more of an accurate reflection.

So they needed detailed figures from clubs immediately, a couple of weeks ago then just dish out money on a 2 tier system in each division.

I paid £10 to watch their shitty stream on Saturday, that should set them right for this month.

I'll add that while the stream was shite, the commentators were purely spectacular. Give me them over Martin Tyler & Gary Neville all day every day.

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
For fucks sake, it’s a handout of charity money, and I am not happy with that. There are plenty of local businesses who would be very thankful for it. I knew this” we deserve more” crap would start up. Just get on with it, and be grateful

So Boreham Wood with their small crowds get over 80k, yet clubs with way bigger crowds in the league below get 30-36k........what a farce.

I thought they would look at the funding they've got and divide it by the average number of spectators and ensure the % of lost revenue covered is consistent for everyone? No-one can moan then.

On what basis have they worked that out?!

Well he certainly wasn't wrong when he said Boreham Wood would benefit from this......

So these fucking wankers have;

1. Promised the National League support from public funds based on loss of match day earnings.

2. Then said ‘nah, we’re not giving you anything, take it out of lottery money, we’ve got important stuff to fund like bunging management consultants 7 grand a day’.

3. And finally ‘Tell you what as well, you know our mate, whose club is funnily enough in the constituency of the bloke supposedly in charge of sport, make sure his fucking tinpot club who don’t get any fans at the best of time is sorted out, we wouldn’t want him losing out. By the way, bollocks to the hungry kids as well’.

So Boring wood getting more money than would of earned through gate receipts.
Would away fans buy PPV.For example if 2000 Notts fans bought streaming they would be in massive profit.

No surprise that London/home county clubs will benefit and fuck everyone else. That's what happens when you vote Tory.

Still astounds me they have an 80 seat majority. No way will they keep The North next election. Them new Tory MPs in places like Darlow and Stockton - they've just taken a slightly less thick member of the EDL and made them MPs.

Add in the eltist twats in the mix and this is the worst government we've ever had. Hopelessly out of their depth when the country needed the exact opposite.

I’m not sure about the ‘slightly less thick’ bit.

For Tonbridge Angels to get 30k per month on their crowds of 600 must have felt like Christmas to them but for Hungerford Town to get 30k per month on their crowds of just over 300 it must feel like Christmas, New Year and Easter all at once.

Damnnnn the Conny Sarf BEEF!

don't expect these lines will go down well with our chairman :)

"This is some 50% below our estimated monthly shortfall! It is also nearly £50k per month less than Dover who attract just over 1,000 per match.

“On the face of this it looks stupid but when it becomes clear that those sitting on the Board making the decisions are heavily biased towards their own financial wellbeing, then it's not just a stupid decision but possibly corrupt.
