We begin our defence of the Derbyshire Senior Cup tonight away to Belper Town in the Third Round who we beat in last years final.

Curzon play Stalybridge away tonight in the Manchester Premier Cup (manc non league cup) game seems to have been postponed 100 times either through rain, ice, cup replays or unable to get officials......hopefully should get through to face Salford.

We beat Accrington Stanley 2-1 today in the Lancashire Senior Trophy. The match was an 11am kick-off, and was played on a school field in Blackburn. As tinpot competitions go, this is right up there!

My nearest team, Holman SC have made the QFs of the Cornwall Senior Cup for possibly the first time ever. They are away at SWPL side Saltash United on Feb 11th. I will probably go, as I have done some lino duties for them in recent seasons, and I also play cricket at the same venue.

They are in the Cornwall Combination, which is step 8, and 2 divisions below Saltash, who are currently top of the league with a 73-12 goal record after 24 games, having only lost twice.
