Not particularly. I've lived in Maidstone all my life, been to the Gallagher countless times as a home fan (including this weekend against Ebbsfleet), and was barely born when Maidstone were a genuine league rival. Don't have any dislike for the club at all really, probably would if we played each other competitively - until then, I won't take it too seriously.

Southport have won the Liverpool Senior Cup, beating Prescot Cables on penalties after a 0-0 draw. I shall try to feign excitement at some point soon.

Our 3rd game in 5 days with the Derbyshire Senior Cup Final at Pride Park against Mickleover Sports tonight 7.45 kick off.

Won 2-1 Very low key final. Souless atmosphere. Played in front of 401 people at Pride Park. We were out on feet in the second half but deserved winners I thought.

Nantwich retained the Cheshire cup last night. Beating Camel Laird's in the final 5-2 at Altrincham. The bigger teams Crewe, Tranmere, Macc, Chester, Stockport ect all under achieved this year.

Southport have done the County Cup double, turning over Colne 3-1 in the Lancs Trophy at Bolton Wanderers ground. Dion Charles got a first half hat-trick, and we toyed with them for much of the game until they bagged from 20 yards out.

Nice to see us actually play some football, all it takes is a decent playing surface and some lower league opposition!

Leamington defeated Nuneaton Borough to win the Birmingham Senior Cup for the second time in three seasons. Some great goals on show too!
