Coventry vs Lincoln

What a game that was. Lovely strike from the big man. He for me is such a frustrating footballer as he has great technical abilities but let’s him self down by going down easy then laying there for 5 minutes.

On balance I would say attacking wise, Coventry were the best side I’ve seen us play against. Seem to cut us open time after time. I think they shaded the first half but were shocking defensively as were we. Second half we did a professional job, made it niggly and Coventry couldn’t get it going although I do wonder wether they should of had a penalty before frecklington got our fourth.

I thought Coventry fans were really loud first half, helped bubble the acoustics of the stadium which were great, but really quiet second half.

My and my mate both said though we wouldn’t fancy Coventry in the playoffs though

No complaints from me. Our defence including our accident prone goalie have fallen apart.
At the moment we are excellent going forward forward but every time the oppo attack you have to close your eyes especially in the last months games
I said at start of season we would do it the hard way through the playoffs, just hope I'm right
