I really think our main strength is that we have such a settled team. Weve played with the same 4-3-3 for about 12 months now week in week out. Our team pretty much picks it's self every week. That coupled with much of our team have played together for over 10 years through the academy. Kirk and Pickering on the left on Saturday were sensational together. Seemed to always knew where each other were. They gave Mellor an absolute nightmare.
