Difficult to predict. We're on a not-totally-convincing four game winning streak, they can both beat and lose to anyone.

After some weeks of trying, Ian Henderson has achieved his annual red card, and will miss the game. I would have thought that Grant Holt would come in as a replacement, assuming he's fit.

I'll go for an optimistic 2-0 win, with a 3,250 crowd bolstered by an impressive 500 Shrimpers.

Earlier on in the season we saw these 2 sides of Dale. Absolutely garbage first half and we should of been more than 2 up then second half we got destroyed and escaped with a lucky 2-2 draw. Going for 1-1 here.

Surely it's got to be better than the last time we played Southend at home. Battered 0-3 on our supposed title run in in League 2.

If we have any real chance of a play off place this season (which I don't expect) we have to win this one.

I reckon it'll be a draw. 1-1. Can be as boring as they like, I'm on holiday.

Southend have done very well this season, and certainly better than I expected. Anthony Wordsworth is a class act (or has been when I've seen him before)
We are on a great run, and there is a buzz around the place again. Thus, I'll go for a narrow defeat in the hope that I'm wrong.
