Bromley v Dover
Halifax v Barrow
Pools v Macclesfield
Solihull v Leyton Orient
Sutton v Eastleigh
Torquay v Aldershot
Wrexham v Maidenhead

It's cold, snowy, sleety shite on the ground up here and I really can't be bothered to go tomorrow, we'll be our usual busy selves for 10 minutes before Maccesfield realise we're actually shite and start to play football. Very little confidence in us at the minute, strikers that can't score and comical defenders.

2-0 Macclesfield, I'll either be bored or frozen to death come 4:45pm.

Eastleigh at home. Fortunately segregation is in place so we avoid contact. Hopefully Ross Stern will score the winner to show up the manager who kept on the bench and almost ruined his appetite for the game

Halifax under snow yet?
I wasn't impressed with them at our place but they ground out a 0-0 and then went on a decent run, where as we collapsed not long after that.
We've won two away games on the bounce, so a third is probably too much to ask, but there seems to be some optimism about this one.

I looked at the table yesterday and it's looking like a low points total for a league win. Someone's going to have to have a hell of a second half of the season to get near the average.

After 22/23 games last season we had 50 odd points and Sutton's 39 this season would have them 7th last season, which is a hell of a downturn in points.

Looking at 80 or so this season as it stands whereas over the last 10 years, an average points total for 1st has been 98 with 2nd 90.

But...but...the league is getting stronger every year?

Another difficult game on the road for us on the English Riviera........Torquay have found some form, but so have we, so looking forward to a good game. Hopefully, will still be top come 5 o'clock!

Don't think so, there wasn't any yesterday.
In an ideal world, Torquay would stop the Aldershot juggernaut before it gets going, but tire themslves out in the process, prior to next weekend's Birkenhead trip. Selfishly wouldn't mind Eastleigh and Maidenhead picking up something on their travels

The BBC are reporting that Aaron Collins is going to be making his debut for Maidenhead at Wrexham, which is odd because he only signed for Maidstone on Wednesday.

We've won 4 in a row and are top, so that means we'll drop points tomorrow.

Wont be an easy game as Torquay have started picking up results although they are the games we have to start winning if we want to win the league.

After 22 games last season you had 46 points, so us, Sutton and Wrexham are 7 behind that total, however after 23 games last season we had 33 (compared with 39 from 22 this season) points and ended up on 82 - so if we match our second half of last season (although that is a massive ask) we'll end up in the high 80's

Our game at Solihull promises to be a proper shitefest. Both clubs with new managers and both teams shit.

We haven't won for 3 months - Our worst league run since 1962/63 when we was in the top flight ironically! I've never seen us go this long without a league win myself, we've always fluked one out the bag at some point during all of our bads runs in my time.

In the reverse fixture in August, we won 3-1 and in truth that day it should've been more. Based on that performance that day, it will be very suprising if Solihull stay up. Based on the last 3 months, it will be a mircale if we both stay up.

Lincoln fans in rewriting history shock.

"After 46 games we had 500 points and they retired the conference as no-one would ever come close to the great Lincoln team of 2016/2017"

I did say 22/23 games. Having checked, after 23 games, we had 49 points after beating Wrexham 1-0, which is '50 odd points' in my book...

Point still stands, though. This season is looking like a low points total for 1st and 2nd.

It's the lowest total so far from a Conference league leader since about 1993 or something. Awful league.

Case in point, we've lost our last 2 4-0, but we're only 6 points off the top with a game in hand

Or the strongest. Nothing more boring than a league where you know in advance which one of two teams are going to win. With more full timers, fewer teams can dominate.

Can we rewind to HT? League results were going our way and we were going through, now no results went our way and we've conceded 4 for the 3rd game running

Don't even know if that counts as a smash and grab. We didn't sound good enough to deploy that game plan!

Sounds like we nicked three points today at Halifax, but a solid performance too. Unbelievably we've won three away games in a row - can't ever remember us doing that.

Got to think we won't be part of the 'relegation conversation' this year. Halifax seem like they're in free-fall. Shouts of "Heath out" were clear on the radio.

Manager needs to take the blame for that result, dominated the game throughout but he somehow couldn’t see that our midfield were blowing out their arses after 70 mins, make a change bring some fresh legs on, but no, Macc get a bit of pressure on us and we fucking crumble.

Lose to Dover next week and he might be out the door.
