Quite a tough set of fixtures, including our local derbys with Barrow and Gateshead over Christmas (thanks national league, ensuring aggregate crowds are low) I'm going to stay optimistic even though we will really limp into January until we can sign more players and strengthen for the second half of the season.

A reasonable set of fixtures and it is just a pity that next week's game has been postponed, which could stall our momentum a bit.

Our away form still is not great and Sutton have been a bogey team for us in the last couple of seasons. We really need to win on the 3G if we are going to reel in the top three or four.

Can't predict us to win every game, but it's tempting given we're in really good form. Hartley Wintney are currently just outside the playoffs and should give us a stern test to end a difficult week of games. I just think we'll slip up against Hanwell and Kempston as we fall out of form at the end of the month, though obviously I hope I'm wrong and we win the lot. A big month for us here, we'll hit the half way point in the season this month, and if we're lucky enough to avoid any postponements we're capable of getting a fair few points on the board.

Dunno, last I heard we'd sold 400 or so but that was a couple of weeks back. I think most Gills going are doing so out of curiousity and locality in honesty. This game realistically has absolutely nothing to do with what competition it's in for the fans, so no, we don't give a shite about the Kent Cup. Maidstone are a local side who've done well over recent years but they aren't really on our radar that much yet (no more than Dover, Bromley, Ebbsfleet), and haven't been since the early 90s so there's that to factor in too.

For what it's worth I go to 5 or so Maidstone games a season and there's always been several anti-Gills chants throughout the games, but we don't have any anti-Stones ones so take from that what you want.

we haven't bothered to put it on fixtures on the club website - although the folkestone fan seems to think its important

Depressing accurate other than a scrappy, undeserved 1-0 win over Matlock in the worthless Derbyshire Cup thanks to Andre Johnson`s backside! Just about sums us up.

Facts are - No sign of improvement whatsoever. John has to go. But concerned the hierarchy dont care enough to make the change.
