Denmark go into this one needing a draw to confirm their place in the knockouts. A defeat couple by an Australia win, with a 2 goal swing, sends them out. So they need to go for it and try for a win surely?

As for France, they are safely through, even if they continue to underwhelm. Still, their time to shine will be the knockouts. Will they rest players knowing they are through, or do they want to finish with a win and secure top spot?

Do both sides shake hands on a draw? Or will be see both of them go for it?

Has he been more disappointing than the rest of the French side? Greizmann or Mbappe or any of their other superstars haven't really got going yet. I read the other day that Pogba had played a part in all 3 of their goals so far.

Bloody Hell, from the distance the French are looking like Tottenham. With their white Shirts and their cocks (badge ) ;) . But they don't have 'arry (Hotspur)

Dull match, was to be expected.

So many underwhelming teams at this tournament. France, Portugal, Brazil, Germany, all of which have played terribly as a team so far. Of course Argentina win out of that lot though..
These teams will need to improve quickly otherwise they’ll get turned over.

Off the top of my head that was the most dull, boring game so far that I have seen.

Agree on Portugal and France, Portugal are too negative and not sure France can lift themselves above being individuals. Think both could have a tough time in the next round, especially Portugal.

Brazil and Germany bit different imo, they've got an edge to them and look like they've got better collective/fighting spirit, especially Germany. The way they came back with 10 men against Sweden looked like the old German grit type football, not pretty but they are great at finding a way to win.

Argentina are a mess.

I think Portugal are weaker than 2 years ago, the midfield is non existent and the defence is 2 years older, with Guerreiro getting torn apart every game. It’s all down to Ronaldo to drag them forward. I’d expect them to get beat by Uruguay. France have no urgency, it’s all very slow and laboured, no matter who comes in and yes, a team of individuals.

Half agree. Brazil and Germany do have the individuals and character to carry them through games, but they’ve also both played a very uninspired dull brand of football. Again it’s very slow and lethargic. Sweden never should have sat back and I think if they didn’t and just kept doing what they were doing well in the first half, Germany may have gone home or it would’ve been out of their hands in the final game.

The problem you lot and he thinks of himself, is that he is this generations Zidane. He's more akin to Balotelli than Zizou.

That was rubbish. More russians in the ground than France and Denmark fans (which is fair enough) and they rightly booed the Danes for passing the ball sideways for 90 minutes. One of the worst games I ever attended.
