you cant blame Liverpool for that, but theres lying a shadow over the win(s) in the previous round(s).

for goodness, your club could get punished by the UEFA for so many silly things done by an individual ( playing and none-playing staff + fans) and having an doped player on the pitch isnt one of them sounds really legit to me.

they have to think about it how to handle those things in the future, this case is closed but i think a replay would be a fair solution for all parties in the future

I agree this has left a shadow over the results, I simply don't see how the club are at fault for it, that's all I was saying. Contrary to the claim above, I'm the first to criticise Liverpool when it's justified. Christ, they've done some stupid fucking things in the past.

I can't see a replay being a solution for incidents like this, and I don't believe such an idea will ever come about.

The only time a club will be punished for anything like this is if it turns out it was mandated by the club and for that to happen it would have to be widespread through the side.

imho it would be harsh for UEFA to ban Sakho. He is just an innocent lad who got mixed up with bad things unknowingly. I think UEFA should discuss the possibility of forgiveness program for first time "offenders." Maybe some kind of community service. Sakho already a role model....

Sour grapes from Dortmund if they have complained, although I have seen nothing yet to indicate they have. The simple truth is that this is a player issue, not a club one. He will be punished as an individual and the club pending that have suspended him, despite not having to.

I doubt Dortmund would complain, but UEFA should certainly be looking into the matter.
