Like most of the season we were good in the first half and should have scored more than 1 and been out of sight. Second half we were awful, the Wombles could easily have got a draw and on the second half performance it would not have been undeserved. Good ref, one of the better ones all season, and he was even fit and kept up with play which has been very uncommon.

PS Does Joe Piggott normally moan every minute of every game he plays!

Disgrace. Jack Stevens head butted in the tunnel at half time. Second goal; free kick taken when Cam Brannagan was still down. Trevor Kettle just looked at him, blew the whistle and let Sunderland play. I also thought Mark Sykes first yellow was incredibly harsh leading to his sending off.

What was up with Power’s celebration in front of the Oxford dugout? That seemed a little odd/unnecessary.

That’s probably us done for the playoffs now, sadly. A reasonable performance marred by silliness by Trevor Kettle, mostly.

Considering we led the game it’s incredibly frustrating not to take anything.

We weren't very good at all but I thought Blackpool looked a good side today, and that's with a few players missing. Embleton for them probably their best player. Of course Jerry Yates scored, he had to didn't he!

Think Trevor is on his farewell tour, so he'll probably piss plenty more sets of fans yet!
Couldn't believe he was still on the list when we got back in the league in 2017! He past it when we went out the league in 2011!

If you had to pick 4 to go down at this very minute, who would you pick?

I’d be very surprised if it was anyone outside of the current bottom 6 joining in, Wigan weren’t so bad against us on Wednesday, so maybe they’ll pull themselves up.

Those negative goal differences down there seem very high, or is that normal?

I thought the same when I looked earlier, all -21 or more down there.
Encouragingly we’ve really tightened up recently, only conceded 6 in the last 9 I think it is. Just having lots of trouble down the other end.

Considering we have no available strikers. Curtis playing out of position after having one training session after being away with Ireland we did well. Up to 70 mins probably should have been 3 or 4 up. But to be fair Rochdale lads have truck loads of stamina and caused us problems when we began to wilt abit. Not as comfortable as it probably should have been. But that's 9 out of 9 since Cowleys have taken over. Tough one v Wigan away again with no forwards and they played Wednesday randomly so will be fresher.

Not a bad first half considering we’re playing with 10 men.

Gilbey is right up there as one of the worst players I’ve ever seen. Can’t believe I fell for all the guff from MK fans.
Really? He was excellent for us. I was gutted when he left.

Not great but comfortable enough in the end. Was never really troubled by Doncaster.
I refer to my earlier post, you only had to turn up to get the points. As fans we were questioning when we might get our next win, now we are questioning when we might next score. There is Zero interest or confidence within the team, it started before Moore left so who knows what’s happened but it’s totally derailed the season, it’s just a good job we got enough points not to get relegated before it did

Yeah, no idea what he offers at all. Runs around a bit but that’s about it.

You did play some nice bits at times but once you worked your way to the box it just stopped. Was all bread and butter for our defence most of the time.

I have to give credit to Adkins, putting Maatsen on the right wing after months of Bowyer persisting with him at left back worked a treat.

You didn’t have many chances compared to us but you looked more likely to score, it’s ok playing nice stuff and having loads of possession but useless if you have zero ability to score

Cowley won't be too bothered about no available strikers because he's never really relied on them as a goal source, he prefers them for the runs they make to create space for others.

I'm going to hazard a guess that in your last three games you've run out of gas slightly going into the final 10-15 minutes. We were generally very good at playing final stages in the opposition half.

Bristol Rovers today, expecting a loss we are going to help a lot of relegation fighting clubs in the next 5 or 6 games unless Butler is removed.

Blackpool away, no doubt our biggest game of the season so far, 2 very inform teams.

This is a must not lose for us if we are to have any chance of play offs

Salop away. Now we have a third CB available, suspect will revert to a back 3, but I think we looked better with just two CBs. Who knows how we will play, but I bet we are better in the first half than the second.

MK Dons away today. Expecting a lot of good passing but probably little end product.

Our form this year

WLLLLDLLDLWLLWLLWDLLLLL

We don’t score, best we can hope for is a 0-0. You’ll see. Then after you’ll claim that you played well and this may be the corner you’ve turned, when in reality - we’re just shite.

See you at 5pm then! It’s become so bad that I’ll almost take pride of being right about how bad we are

It’s like waiting for someone to turn off your life support machine. A death by a thousand cuts - each one shittier than the previous one. I still can’t believe there are 6 such dreadful teams in L1.

And as expected, another pathetic mistake under no pressure puts us 1-0 down.

Game over, we'll never score 2. Donny might as well just relax now and try not to get injured.

Our gaffer switched to 5 at the back and we subsequently look all at sea away at Hull

Granted it’s a tough old fixture but it’s baffled everyone why he’s done it considering we’ve conceded 6 in 9 games playing 4 at the back
