Dumped out Bolton on pens. They responded by ripping out an advertising board in their disabled section and almost killing one of their own fans throwing it down the stand. A throughly entertaining night!

I have no problem with Wigan or any of our rivals. I enjoy a bit of banter like most Bolton fans...but you've just said you dumped us out on pens...and we as a club responded by ripping out an advertising board. You mean a few people out of 4700 travelling fans decided to act like idiots. MK Dons fans did that at our place too just a few weeks ago. Some people in this world are just idiots no matter who they support. A quick google shows that your fans trashed a pub in Crewe a while back whilst fighting Stoke fans... Doesn't mean it was your whole club!

I've got no problem with it, was more entertaining than the entire 90 minutes. Just a friendly word of advice though, you're supposed to throw it at us rather than your own fans.

Oh, and in the goalies warm up Mike Cooper broke the sprinkler in the penalty area. Took them twenty minutes or so to take out the broken bits, run off and find replacements and then fit them. Never see that before.

Beat Gillingham on penalties to reach the 3rd round for the first time ever.

Game sounded shite.

Only listening on the radio. But we had spells when we are on top but QPR winning was the right result. Of course Rob Dickie had to score the 1st goal. :ffs:

We played the kids... including a 16 year old.

One of those games where I didn't really care what happened before it but now we've won I'm buzzing for a potential big tie in round 3

Great ties for Wycombe and Wimbledon at Man City and Arsenal. Cheltenham get a very meh tie vs Preston. Whilst Sunderland play Wigan, decent chance for either to get to the next round.

Just seen that we've never played Cheltenham, ever, probably not even in a friendly.

Pretty mad considering we've been around for 140 years and they've been around for 134.

Deepdale is one of those grounds I'd really like to go to, but on a Tuesday night in a nothing cup match when we'll rotate as much as Preston, then I think I'll give it a miss.

Sunderland at home, another L1 reserve match. Thought we'd drawn United away when Kevin Campbell pulled out 26, only to realise we were 27. :ffs:
