Great to see the Shaymen top for young talent at the moment. And with new defenders Graham Hutchison and Ross Killock, midfielder David Mellor and Danny Hattersley entering our squad in the last few weeks we've potentially got more where that came from.

For the team in general I imagine Cyprus U21s can't be that much cop.

James is a very good player from what I've seen but Heneghan?! I think he made his debut or something against us and he was absolutely appalling!

That was his home debut I think, we plucked him from nowhere and slotted him in at right back and did a fairly decent job but he's moved in to the middle now and showing a lot of promise. I think he'll turn out to be a quality centre back.

James is a very good player from what I've seen but Heneghan?! I think he made his debut or something against us and he was absolutely appalling!

We signed 2 RBs in summer, Taylor and Disney, but neither seemed to fit and have both left. Heneghan was a (not very good) makeshift RB, but is now a CB and we've only conceded 1 in 4 since he partnered Kay (also a crap makeshift RB) at the heart of our defence.

Indeed Luke he's started about once since Decemeber.

I can completely understand why Parkes gets called up as he has been outstanding for us this season, but Lee Brown isn't all that and I half think there must be a better young left back somewhere in this division. If not it doesn't say much for the standard of full backs at this level!

Don't get me wrong, Browner is a trier and always performs steadily, but he's not outstanding.
