Thank you all so much for playing. That was an utter ball ache with the forum speed and I'm aware 1-2 of you couldn't get on at all.

You have my promise that there will barely be any more fastest finger rounds. In fact, I may look to alter the structure of the remaining speed round so it doesn't rely on fastest finger.

Still, that was highly competitive and a very even leaderboard so far. Part 3 of the advantage will take place in your PMs tomorrow.

Round 3 - Linkee (Tuesday)

This will be done in PMs. For each Linkee question, you will be given 4 names. Your team's job is to find the link between them. So for example, the link between Kyle Walker, Danny Rose, Dele Alli and Eric Dier would be 'Spurs players in the England squad for Euro 2016'. All of the links are to do with the European Championships.

There are 5 Linkee questions in total. Once I've posted these in the thread, you have just 30 minutes in your PMs to discuss and bold your link for each question. You may get time to do all 5, you may not. But even if you're not sure on a link, have a guess, you never know! They range in difficulty. You get 2 points per link you get right here so 10 points available in total.

Be interesting to see which teams stay calm and work together and which ones go completely chaotic.

Although I've underlined 30 minutes there. I'll actually give you 35 minutes so you can copy and paste the questions into your PMs rather than keep revisiting this thread. That will hopefully make the forum speed up a bit.

Just a reminder of the overnight leaderboard:

Team Zagorakis - 7 points
Team Gullit - 5 points
Team Klinsmann - 3 points
Team Casillas - 3 points
Team Olsen - 3 points
Team Deschamps - 0 points

10 points maximum available for each team tomorrow so it's still anybody's round, especially when the top 3 get an advantage out of it.

Thanks again for playing. I'm off to rest my bleeding eyes. See you all at 7.30 again tomorrow night

There's something awfully familiar about all this.

Not a suprise that your part of the world hasn't caught up with technology yet!

We were set for a guy from Northampton to come and install Fibre Optic but he cancelled cause he had a date with his sister.

Regarding the game tonight, in order to avoid destroying the forum once again, I've made a slight change to the way it will run.

It will still take place in your PMs, but rather than me posting the questions in here, I will post them into your PM. That way hopefully the traffic on the forum will be more spread out around 7.30ish. Now because there is a small time delay between times I can post, we're going to have slightly staggered starts. Here is the timetable:

Team Deschamps - 7.30
Team Olsen - 7.31
Team Casillas - 7.32
Team Klinsmann - 7.33
Team Gullit - 7.34
Team Zagorakis - 7.35

I'll have 6 windows open so will be able to post in each thread after a minute. Obviously your finish time will also be staggered.

You will get 35 minutes to find the link between the 4 names in each question. You do need to bold when you're sure of an answer.

Once everybody's time is up, I will reveal the results one question at a time back in this thread and we can see which team has come out on top.

See you in a few hours!

Just to be sure, it isn't whichever team finishes first within the 35 minutes? You just have to finish the question?

Exactly that. 5 correct answers gets you 10 points which will be added to your total from last night regardless of whether you do it in 5 minutes or 35 minutes.

So..... just a reminder for tonight before we start in 20 minutes or so.

You may get time to do all 5, you may not. But even if you're not sure on a link, have a guess, you never know! They range in difficulty. You get 2 points per link you get right here so 10 points available in total.

Also, as said earlier, rather than me posting the questions in here, I will post them into your PM. That way hopefully the traffic on the forum will be more spread out around 7.30ish. Now because there is a small time delay between times I can post, we're going to have slightly staggered starts. Here is the timetable:

Team Deschamps - 7.30
Team Olsen - 7.31
Team Casillas - 7.32
Team Klinsmann - 7.33
Team Gullit - 7.34
Team Zagorakis - 7.35

Advantage Round leaderboard:

Team Zagorakis - 7 points
Team Gullit - 5 points
Team Klinsmann - 3 points
Team Casillas - 3 points
Team Olsen - 3 points
Team Deschamps - 0 points

See you in your threads!!!
Results will be up in here after the time is up.

Done!

Right, give me 10 minutes or so to copy and paste your entries across into one place and score them. Then I'll reveal each question one by one. Try not to spoil the answers yet. Tension and all that.
