Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.
Watching the highlights this morning, there was a foul on Aguero before the first goal. So Martinez can officially eat a bag of dicks.

Mildly interestingly, it was Mori coming in from behind with a knee in the back of the leg and arm across the chest to pull him over backwards, which was exactly the same move he pulled on KDB when he got injured. Wonder how often he does that and doesn't get pulled up on it.

KDB flopped like a fish, he doesn't deserve an injury and no player does...but it's partly his fault it happened.

Chris almighty this "emptyhad" crap is getting boring. Who even gives a shit? I don't mind people saying it but wish our match threads weren't just filled with the same thing over and over and over again. Its extremely dull.

Anyway, brilliant game, I just desperately hope KDB hasn't done his ACL. If he's out for 2 months its a good result for us.

We also depend on Aguero to a totally unreasonable degree. Especially this season.

It's not just on here. Talksport were going on and on about it too before the game.

Tell a lie often enough and it becomes the truth and the morons and trolls lap it up.

What's the lie?

There are a massively disproportionate number of visible empty seats at City's ground than any of the other"big" Premier League clubs on a weekly basis.

I can see why you get so upset over people joking about it but I can't see why you pretend it isn't true.

But it's utterly fucking tedious, and just blatant trolling. Just stop. It's really boring and makes you look a pointless dick.

He nearly breaks his own back in two such is the force that he throws himself backwards to the floor.

You are guilty of "trolling" often on here yourself so if you can dish it out you have to be able to take it, as a philosopher once said.

Right there, in plain sight. One arm across the chest is enough to maybe lose balance, but KDB takes his legs out from under him on purpose and screams to get the ref's attention before his knee twists.

Err, we have no idea how much force was used by the defender who put his arm across his chest. Enough to make him lose balance? Possibly. I saw some other people online say it was a dive, but looking at the replay I think people are seeing what they want to see and not what they actually see.

Stevencc - It might be true we have problems with attendance, nobody wants to watch City play so nobody turns up every week. It's also really quiet every game with no atmosphere because we are shit plastic fans with no passion for the club.

But, even if it were true - so fucking what? If I were to stop supporting my local club only because I didn't think enough other people liked them, then I'd be a United fan.

If you want to have banter with city fans at least find some fucking imagination. It's not like there is a shortage of things you can criticise us for otherwise.

But regardless of what it was you'd probably take it the same way, wouldn't you?

He needs to wait for someone else to come up with something so he can parrot it off like a five year old with his first swear word.

TBH, if it's actually proper banter, then yeah, probably. This isn't banter. It's

'empty seats'
'Oh. That was clever of you.'
'Hahaha. You bit.'

Ad fucking nauseum.

I thought it was only Silkyman that was the ridiculously sensitive and easily angered City fan.

Unlike Silkyman you seem to have come to terms with your piss poor fanbase though so I'm not sure why the profanity-laden response was deemed necessary. If you don't like emptihad jokes then either learn to ignore them or take the Silkyman approach and block me.

I must add that I find it pretty surreal that you are requesting a change of piss-taking subject. The idea of the pisstake-ee defining the way in which they will be taken the piss out of is a novel one but I'm not sure it will catch on. Feel free to submit a list of topics I am allowed to laugh about, though.

Yeah to be fair here (as judge in this case) you can't really get the arse with Stevencc saying things like Emptihad unless you're a City fan that has never mentioned Man Uniteds fan base being from down south, or China. If you've never called SAF a pissed up scot on more than one occasion, if you've not reminded them that they're a club that sticks by it's manager shortly before dumping Moyes.
These things as well as many others have been trotted out endlessly by opposing fans at Man Utd fans a billion times, I know I've done it, I'm very confident you have, and not as the first person to say it either but just regurgitating things that have been said over and over. So really I don't think it's very sporting to get all pissy when those things come your way. There's a common theme among the clubs who have to take it, and you should be happy with that.

That's a strange comment considering Redcafe almost exclusively concerned with sack the manager, sack the board and sell all the players threads at the moment.

It's hardly a love-in.
