Hitchin have got a fairly decent draw at home to Leatherhead or Hanwell Town,
don’t think they could have got much better than that. Would be great to see them in the First Round.

Think the feeling is mutual. Very tough for us, against a side that has a great cup record, and without the glamour of a big National side (former league club). Should be a decent atmosphere but we’ll need a big dollop of luck to progress.

Good decision.......I see Dunston UTS have already made over £35,000 from their cup run and the tie should guarantee another bumper crowd at their UTS Stadium home. 873 watched the win over Chester.

I went to St Neots Town in the FA Trophy in 2014 it was absolutely pissing it down, when we got dumped out of the cup 3-1. Absolute joke played with 10 men for most of the match.

It's a good draw for Alfreton you'll never get a better chance than this to make further progress. They are currently 6th from bottom of the Southern League Central Division.

A couple of seasons ago that would have been an exciting prospect. Now I find myself longing for an obscure lower level minnow to visit for an interesting day out.

Gutted for Hanwell Town. Had a 1-0 lead in he first leg away to Leatherhead, held on with 10 men for 50 mins until a 92nd minute equaliser forced a replay. Held the replay at 0-0 and lost on penalties.

They would have had a semi-reasonable draw against Hitchin in the next round too.
