Yep, as Wellens said afterwards we won most of the duels in the few periods City didn't have the ball, a few Man City fans thought we was too physical at times - I mean what do you expect? We're not going to roll over.

You have to win as many physical duels as possible, because nobody is going to out football a PL side outside the PL.

We drew with Liverpool too, back in 2016. The Liverpool side that day was probably the equivalent of the one that played today. Difference was we were a league two side then.

We gave The Geordies a game thats all we wanted, was not sad one bit we exited the cup, we were out but not down.

Was more of a night to showcase us as a club, our trajectory being upward, think we did that, people impressed, great atmosphere a bit of a throwback, not seen in league one as we are never underdogs and there is no jeopardy where the players need us. But a moody horrible nasty atmosphere, proper blues,, was magnificent.

And ps,we've done the 'who' for subs for almost 25 years. Its nothing new.

Awful way to go out but really proud of us tonight, we were great. Forcing Forest to bring on 'England's number 10' and Chris Wood to end up beating 10 men on penalties..and could have done with a replay, thanks FA you complete turds.
Haven't seen the sending off, annoying as Turns looks good and we will have to make do with Hartridge or worse the next few games.
Need to pick themselves up for the big game at Cambridge on Saturday.

Or even from next season, when I believe the lower league side gets all the receipts if it goes to extra time.

Even the FA Cup has lost its magic these days. All you can look forward to is visiting a top stadium if drawn away. Other than that you are playing a Premiership teams kids maybe with 1 or 2 names you have actually heard of.
