Hmm, not convinced personally. I don't think he fits our style of play at all, and does not have the dynamism of Norwood.

I don't think he could. Rowe is slow as molasses, I don't think he'd do much in the league as the standard is so much higher and teams won't just let him drop deep and pick the ball up to shoot 25 times a game. 10-15 goal man maybe but that's it.

I find it incredible he's only 26, looking at him and the way he plays you'd say he was about 35.

Edit: He's 29, I was looking at one of the other 15 Danny Rowe's who play lower league football.

Either way, been on the piss since 1 with a few leyton orient fans. Just getting back to the hotel now. The bouncers to their credit let 5 of us into the green man full of orient and I cannot speak highly enough of their support. Similar to when we used to play stockport. Loads of people and a great day out. To anyone thinking Danny Rowe wouldn't do it in the football league, you're mental. Player of the division past 2 years. Yes he's a bit immobile but he would score a hat ful. He's frustrating as fuck but he strikes the ball cleaner with either foot than anyone at this level

Ricky Miller scored more goals than Rowe in the National League but can't even hold down a starting place at a poor Vale side. There is a huge difference between the two levels.

Looked decent for a struggling County side. Think he's very much a "shines when you play to his strengths" player, like Rickie Lambert
