What are you fucking talking about?

Reading. Don't make me laugh. Last time the two firms met, yours came off a sorry second best, in your own town centre, against lesser numbers too, as most of ours had moved off toward the ground.

Think that might have been in the Elm Park days? To be fair you did do us in, I ended up spending the night in the nick on the occasion.

I was referring to the League Cup clash when some Oxford matey claimed there was 300 out, quite a claim.

Fair play to Oxford though, do have some good lads about - better than Swindon anyway.

OK then, I'll bite.

Where and when?
2000 when you relegated us at Manor Ground
April 2003 at home to you.. kicked off outside Blue Bell. You were sent packing. Did Reading twice in the 99 00 season.

Swindon are fuck all as well. Shit themselves in 2013 when we got on the pitch. They even had 50 Grimsby lads with them that day

What bollocks. I was there and there was a bunch of scruffy urchins in the corner pushing and shoving with a couple of stewards. Although I was wary of any exploding zits coming my way.

Do you really want me to embarrass you (if that’s possible) by posting a video?

The one I'm on about was the first time we played at the Madjeski. Some of ours, and some of yours had it in your town centre, during the game. That year we had a mob on the early train, all duly wrapped up by the OB who thought it was game set and match. But what they didn't know was that four mini-buses of our main lads had come in undetected. These were some of the ones who were involved in the town centre row.

It was at the time that AF ran with you lot.

Ah, yes, remember that now - I was at the game and people were saying it was kicking off left, right and centre in town. Fair play to you boys, think that was when we were drinking in the Malthouse.

AF - now there was a loon

2000 at the Manor? Bullshit. The only lads anybody saw from Scunny all day were the little mob who walked past the Brit after the game giving it large, while the OB had us penned inside the pub using dogs and horses to keep us there.

2003 would have been near the end of the season and you were pushing for promotion. No idea where the Blue Bell is, so no idea who/what you're talking about, but the funny thing is we drank in the back bar of the Berkley (it's got/had a pool table in the middle of the room) and we didn't even know it was your main boozer. There was a very tidy twenty or so of us in there. After we had left, not having seen a Scunny lad up until then, and were ambling toward the ground a mob of lads came out of the pub, about 200 yards behind us. We stopped and waited, they stopped, we did this two or three times, but they seemed happy to keep their distance. Only as we got close to the ground, and then surrounded by OB, did they get closer, and start gobbing off behind the safety of the OB.

During the game there was a mouthy little mob to our left, gobbing off and giving it all the hand signals. After the game we turned that way (rather than the way the OB wanted us to go) when we came out of the stand and fuck me, one minute later we bump into the gobby mob coming out of the side stand. straight into them and they shit themselves and backed off into the exit they'd just come out of! All over in less than a minute, and one of ours got ko'd by the mounted OB. We were held there by OB until Scunny could get away. There was about 40 of us altogether, all older lads. Oh, and some of us then walked back to the cars at the Berkley.

Ring any bells?

Not sure of the name of the pub. I think that era was your heyday, off the pitch, as AF tagged a few others along with him from his other club and we had a few encounters, not all of them at games either.

Thinking about that League Cup game (first time we played you at the Kassam) 300 wouldn't have been as crazy an exaggeration as it sounds. For the Swine in the FA Cup a year or two earlier, we turned out an unbelievably mob estimated at 500. Every lunatic in Oxfordshire was out that day and that fixture always surprises any neutrals who come along for a look.

Blue Bell is in the town centre. You were sent packing. Berkeley has never been our main boozer. It’s a family pub. Who you met that day were probably a rag tag bunch of youngsters. In 2000 you didn’t want to know. Don’t use OB as an excuse. We were up for it. You weren’t. Fridays early kick off has put a bit of a dampener on it but I’ll be there at 11 and straight into The Blackbird.

No idea about the Blue Bell, or who you "sent packing" as we weren't there. The people we met were not kids, mostly older blokes, one bald headed mouthy twat particularly sticks in the memory.

In 2000 we were barricaded in the pub. OB led you past. Nothing else happened. Stop exaggerating.

Make sure you let us all know how the Blackbird is on Friday, won't you. I don't go in there as it's too rough. Bye.

Remember Scunny coming to Hillsborough for a cup replay in 2003, smashed the Travs windows in then fucking shit it and hid behind the plod for the rest of the night, beat em in the JPT a few weeks later and no showed.....

Never seen em turn out at either GP or S6 since. We all know Lance is a wum so let him live in his homoerotic bubble.

My name is Paul. Lance is my pseudonym. I was there at Hilksborough in 2003. Legged the OCS all around S6. We had some nasty characters out from Retford that night and then we took it to the Blades in the city centre the same night
