I’d be pretty happy with 12th but I do think some fans have for higher ambitions off the back of last season. I definitely think NJ may have higher goals than that but would be tough to top last seasons efforts

Rochdale
Top: Middlesbrough
Up: Burnley

Playoffs: Coventry, Rotherham, Sheff U & Norwich, the last of whom will win them and earn another year of cannon-fodderage in the Prem.

Comfortably mid table: Luton

Down: Sunderland (hope not, but not sure they're strong enough)
Cardiff (been meh for a few years)
Birmingham (if anything is left after their new owners asset-stripping)

Cov and Rov are in there because they have ex Dale players who they might sell for megabucks if they do well. (So do Blackpool, but some things are just too unlikely...)

Now if you guys had kept Joe Raff on you might have gotten included. :)

Middlesbrough will be strong I think but they need to bring in some forwards to be up there for winning the league imo. History kind of shows to win the championship you need a 20 goal striker, they have Ikpeazu, Coburn and Akpom.

That’s not strong enough I don’t think to be considered title contenders abeit there other business has been strong.

I don’t think we (Sunderland) will go down mind but it’s your prediction.

To be fair, yours is better than mine for the crucial reason that I'd forgotten Wigan were in that division. If I'd remembered them, you wouldn't have been in the bottom 3!

Folk thinking we'll finish below Rotherham, the same Rotherham we finished above last season and who since then have lost both their best player and a key player is an extremely dodgy call.
