Oh dear. I was only thinking earlier there were no comments from masi in some time, and was hoping he'd forgot his log in/ got bored/ grown up. Shame its back the way it is. I may have to go down the route and block. Can't be dealing with this for at least a season!

Blocking improves the level of discussion instantly.

Another thread gone to shit.

For all the warnings we had about Masi the trend does seem to be, he posts something and then it’s everyone else who has a pile on which is actually what makes the threads unreadable.

He posts looking for a bite - then gets defensive when people do. The reason everyone piles on is because he's agitated everyone (in the League 2 forum at least) at least once.

I shouldn't have bit, and I don't usually do it. My response was quite measured initially but then, as usual, he flies off at the deep end. It's typical WUM behaviour and he's been doing it since first registering following Bolton's relegation last season.

We have Rotherham away first game. Does this mean SERNWA is back?

I did not pick up until today that the EFL have Wycombe and Derby’s fixtures as interchangeable.

Yeah - our first home game in League 1 could be either Wycombe or Derby.

No offence to Wycombe, but Derby would be a great return to the 3rd tier, especially with Ipswich the following Tuesday.

One of them has a nice Tuesday night trip down to us in November and we have an Easter Bank Holiday trip to one of them. Think we have the better deal on that. I can see Derby imploding if they do get sent down (but I will be very surprised if it happens). Wycombe are going to be a handful.

Exactly. Doesn’t matter what Masi writes, people will pile on and then it escalates and ruins yet another thread.
Pathetic all-round.

Back to the the thread: There’s some good fixtures to look out for, can’t wait for the new season now. Should be a good league this year.

Then you attacked me .......why.....just point your view across and leave it at that

There was no need to mention Cheltenham, absolutely none at all. A season is not 23 games long, we won the league over 46 by being the best team.

Have we improved - who can tell, we've not played a game for 6 weeks. You're doing exactly what you did last summer - judging your team before they've even kicked a ball. You looked a fool for 6 months, and got lucky that you were able to go for broke in January.

You mentioned Cheltenham to get a bite, caught me off guard in a moment of weakness, and congratulations, you got one. It won't happen again, but don't expect a reasonable reply from me in future, you've lost any amicability from me and many others on here a long time ago with your attitude.

hey its a free country......i will never call you for your opinion on Cheltenham.....just leave the personal abuse

Yes i do bite and snap back.......thats life
Look back i also congratulated Cheltenham on winning the league and Cambridge for finishing above us

I never looked a fool because i had faith we would rise be it last season or this

Its not luck its the drawing power of a club like Bolton that can attract the players for a quick fix
I dont seek congratulations....i like you are a supporter and it is not us two who decide our teams fate

We lasted played Derby in the league back in the mid 80s, we lost one of the games at the baseball ground 7 0!
Both league games at our place they brought thousands and it was utter chaos!
Played them a couple of times in the league Cup since including a win at our place 3 1 .

Go back to your own level, league 1 is a step too far for your outfit, having said that, it's the only way we'll see Tranmere in league 1 I suppose, if it makes you happy, crack on sunbeam.
