Failure to win today basically means the promise shown so far was just that, promise! Lower mid beckens if that happens. Still acceptable, but less than envisaged. If we win, then game on, something approaching top half, which would d be more than acceptable. Well, FGR seem much improved from last season. They look as flaky up front as we do in defence.

Yeah but who would you drop if we do? Doidge, Reid and Williams are quality players, unlikely to find anyone better then them on loan. I would maybe give the likes of Grubb and Campbell a bit longer if it's not working, but other then that just need to be patient, the goals will start coming if we keep playing like that.

That's four one nil leads lost, so maybe the defence is a problem! We get through on goal but miss so many of opportunities. I'm at a loss. Today we were easily the better team, OK were at home, but sides seem to know it's they who have to be patient because we will always give them something.

Looking forward to Tuesday's cup game when only money is at stake.

Some of our lot looked knackered from the Crawley game but they worked their bollocks off to earn us the point, could have snatched a winner but that would have been daylight robbery. FGR much like us under Cooper - all passing and little to show for it.

Returning from two away games with two draws is a decent enough return if you can win your next home game. Expecting a real test but looking forward to it. Should have a couple more bodies in the building by then too.
