I would give my left testicle to have been at the game.

Classic game of two halves. You can tell they're low on confidence, once we put some pressure on they just panicked. You knew it wouldn't end 1-1, mental end to the game it was like a 5-a-side. But Tomlin, what a beauty! We never score from free kicks?! What is going on? Ah it's days like today that's what football's all about

Did Reid really step up to the mark today? Or was he just better than Freeman, which isnt really a compliment?

Do you ever have a single post that doesn't slate Freeman?

Great result, bit of a gap again, and just as importantly pulls Fulham right into the mess, onwards and upwards.

Hopefully I can now if he is out of the team. Just hope Reid can reach his potential.

Reid released at the end of the season.
Fact or opinion?
Would be a shame imo, he has the right ideas but maybe not the gravitas to consistently carry it out.

Just got home and what the f**k were we doing in that first half? Bloody rubbish City. Far too much space and it was as if tackling had been banned.
The 2nd half was bloody brilliant, absolutely battered them and I loved being in that rammed away end, especially when Tomlin scored that beauty of a free kick.
It's days like today that make me realise why we do what we do. What a brilliant away day!
As an aside, every time the tube stopped on the way back to Chiswick (parked there), the 'Mind the gap' message was greeted by loud cheers. The locals must have been thinking WTF?? ;)

Opinion mate.

Don't think they'll keep him on, not sure he's up to it at this level (although admittedly I didn't see him today).

Would be a mistake to release him imo, this may be a negative way of looking at things but say we extend his contract and look to loan him out to league 1 for a regular starting spot next year, see how he does. If he does well and should we get relegated next season (I would hope to think we will push on but still...) he could then slot into our first team having had regular experience or he makes an impression and we can sell him on for a fee, if he does badly then he wouldn't be up to the standard and let him go.

And he's also very weak physically.

But he changed the game today. So give the lad some credit and stop moaning about his small stature. At least he gets himself stuck in, lost count the amount of times Freeman bottled a tackle today.

Spot on Aaron, he was decent today and, along with Odem-what's his name, he changed the game. On his day, he's a good player but consistency is his undoing, up to now.

I'm taking credit for this one.

Vs Forest when we went 1-0 down I decided to go to bed. Woke up to find that we'd won 2-1. We went a goal down yesterday and I tried the same trick hoping that it would work. It did! :D

You can thank me later.

It must be shit being a season ticket holder at Fulham, being outsung every game by away fans who bring thousands every time they play at home.

Fair enough if he changed the game today, well done to him. I was simply pointing out another weakness (that has been a problem when he has played throughout the season) that Reid had when TTOCS pointed out one.

Football. At Wolves felt totally crushed with the late winner...An almost silent drive home and a guaranteed prospect of a bad following day. Banging headache this morning after a night out in London celebrating a fine away win and the world's amazing for another six days. Anybody know why we do this? It's gonna shorten my fucking life....

Nice one Rich. I am also feeling a tad 'delicate' today, banging head, croaky / no voice but well worth it! :2thumb: We're getting too old for this mate but we'll carry on doing it. Brilliant away day.
