I got the impression they got a bit confused because it seems the club asked fans what Leeds meant to them and of course the salute showing passion came up and clearly they thought fans would want that in the logo!

Anyway least they are considering - you could see some club owners just ignoring the complaints.

Thing is all these clubs seem to want basic almost bland marketing type logos to promote the "brand"​

I was looking through some old YouTube videos, I was a ball at Hillsborough 4 times, two first team games and two reserve games, did the 8-1 with Spora and 3-3 with Man Yoo in 92 and can recall Leeds in a reserve game where David Rocastle played for Leeds. Crackers that was 25 year back.
