Lewandowski is a monster. Five goals of the same man in nine minutes is totally incredible and the fifth goal was really beautiful. And Guardiola's reactions were priceless.

Him and Brandt will be the new Germany that will win something. Those two have bags of talent.

Aubameyang is making me eat my words re: him not being a clinical striker.

Is there a better #9 on the planet than Lewa?

Currently no.

Bit disappointing BVB have dropped off in the last two games as seeing both them and Munich go into Der Klassiker with 100% records would have been fascinating!

Still I'm very curious about this round with Bayern confronting Dortmund.

The match seems very balanced until now but Thomas Muller's brilliance makes the difference and put Bayern on the lead.

Well, time passed and Dortmund seems to have some troubles to stop Bayern mostly because of positioning. And what was a balanced game in the beginning turned out on Bayern domination.

Eurgh. They're just too damn good. Best side in Europe currently by a long distance.

Gerd Muller being treated for Alzheimer's. Really sorry to hear that.

Schalke and Hertha Berlin on a direct table confrontation was agitated. Hertha even with one less man could have a head to head match though the victory came to the blues.

Wolfsburg had a moment of relieve after four games without winning. And Kruse had a great performance.

And Bayern keeps invict reaching the mark of best begin of the history at Bundesliga. Not an amazing match though, with a single goal of Thomas Muller that I have to say is being one of my favorite players.

Couple of controversial goals giving Stuttgart and Hanover rare wins.

Maybe the luck they needed!

Fancy Weinzierl to move on if one of the bigger boys' get rid of their manager soon. He was closely linked with Schalke in the summer, if I remember rightly.

Wonder if Augsburg will pick up a bit once they're out of the EL too?

You on twitter mate? I follow a podcast called talking fussball and it's very insightful. Anyway, Augsburg has been mentioned a few times and they said the same thing (they'll sort themselves out once the EL is over) but this is a home defeat to a promoted side after a rather lengthy break of international football. I don't think you can use the EL for an excuse there...

I am pal. I listened to that podcast at the start of the season and enjoyed it, but haven't tuned in for the last few weeks as I haven't had the time (I struggle to listen to a podcast while studying!).

Watched both the Bayern and Dortmund matches in the Cup this week and both were superb. Munich are mesmerising to watch currently, while Tuchel's BVB are just unbelievably goal-hungry. 61 in 19 competitive games is ludicrous.
