A press conference was held live on Facebook last night. Don't bother looking for it, it was flat and boring. No one asked Warren Feeney a question. Not even a 'are you pleased to be at Crawley?'

Only jar was when Kewell was asked if he learnt anything from his time at Watford and he answered stating "he had learnt to adapt!"! To which I would have followed up with a What, after an 8-0 loss adapt so you only lose 7-1 in the next game? I was not at the press conference so that was left unsaid.

I'm still hoping but I have an uncomfortable feeling that this is a 'stars in their eyes' type appointment and we are going to struggle... Worse than last season.

This needs putting in the tinpot thread pronto.
Why??
Isn't social media the King of tools these days?
Admittedly there are plenty of tools on social media, but still, it's surely the tool most commonly used to share information on recent events......unless I've missed something??

Covering a press conference on Facebook Live is the norm these days, nothing tinpot about that. Holding the conference at 7pm on a Friday though? I bet the media were delighted about that.

Harry had only just flown back in to Gatwick.I suppose he could have arranged it for a little later in the evening, or perhaps waited until Monday morning...,,,,
Either way, it was the first opportunity, and as much as I hate Facebook and the like, that is the way of the world now I'm afraid.

Poor fella. Truly sad, more needs to be done for mens mental health. Theres always an on call psychotherapist at every A&E to talk to if you get to a really bad place.

Jesus sad news. Way too many taking there own life's now due to mental health despite more support apparently been available. Same sad thing happened to Chris Cornell and Chester Bennington last year

So sad - must have felt deeply troubled at losing his job.

I really am shocked.

I had a couple of chats with him after games over a pint of Guinness and he was a good bloke and personable company.

RIP
