Christ. Buxton and McNulty must be the heaviest centre back pairing in professional football.

Never thought I'd see a team cheat more than a Martin Allen side until Aldershot turned up. Diving st every opportunity to break the game up, ref falling for it hook line and sinker.

McNulty having a mare gifted them both their goals and a badly unfit Maynard isn't looking good for us defensively.

Aldershots front three are tearing us apart. We cant live with them. Their movement and vision is the best ive seen at Prenton Park this season.

Aldershot as an attacking side are one of the best opponents I've seen at PP and as well as the goals, Scott Davies has already made at least 3 decent saves. Defensively, they look a bit more brittle, but Rovers not getting enough in their box, while for large spells they are controlling the game not helped by the out of sorts pairing of Hughes and Maynard in midfield. If I had to call it now would say Shots win, just hope Mellon has some tactical ideas to turn things out way.

Agreed. Rovers good defensive record helped by protection from midfield, which we're not getting today. Shots weakest area in this game.
