Bolton are a joke like Huddersfield considering the budgets, I'm expecting Wycombe to go there and do the job on them. It looked a tough game a few weeks ago but not now.
Wonder if you took Schone, Toal, Santos, Forrester, Dempsey, Sheehan, Morley, Gomes, TuTu and Adeboyejo out of your team perhaps even the mighty Wrexham would struggle to win games 1-0

Away at Brum with an untested keeper in goal and a defence that gives away at least three great chances to score every game, often more!

I forgot to thank Bolton for loaning us a keeper last week. He did OK but did give away a penalty after being left in the lurch by our defence.

I'm feeling bullish. 2-0 to the mighty Reds.

Casey

Edit, when I said untested it seems I lied. Has played a few games for Bognor Regis and Gosport Borough. Decent clubs but they need to get promoted 3 times to make the National league

Good young kid was mom when the b team got beat by Everton in front of 25k at their new stadium last month but going straight into league one is a big ask

Anyway, we are shading it with Burton parking the bus. Pitch isn't great though, don't want this postponed

We are a town....You are a large City......Our ground is in the town.....100 yards from the train Station......300 yards from the Motorway
Very hard task master
In the same borough; Horwich is a completely different town... it's the same distance from Burnden as Gigg Lane

Well being pedantic Bolton's ground is on the Lostock/Horwich border, 3 stands are in Lostock and the North Stand (opposite the away stand) is in Horwich.

Weather won that. Be interested to see if that really was offside at the end. Burton came for a point and got it. Think Rovers are better but we will see

Isn't the border De Haviland Way?

Either way, poor Masi has had some right headloss here!

Another game decided by the officials. Handball for their equaliser and didnt give a clear pen for us right at the end.

All evens out apparently, really?

Thank you agent Butcher and the Gas. It's still advantage Wxm with their gentle remaining fixtures, but at least nominally back in our hands.

Charlton on Monday will be a bitch of a game though.

Bloody hell, two magnificent goals from us to beat Huddersfield for the first time since the original Star Wars came out!

And a stoppage time winner makes up for that cruel FA Cup match 15 years ago.

Guess we'll be relegated on Monday instead now!

I wouldn't call out fixtures gentle really. Blackpool are our historic bogey side and if we play like we have today and against Wigan I wouldn't be confident of getting anything against Charlton or Lincoln. We've been pathetic the last few games- completely chucked away a good position.

Rovers were up for that, you could tell from the off and the atmosphere in that away end was like a Cup Final. Loudest fans all season.

We've fucked it now.

We were rubbish. I'm going to be charitable and say the weather was a massive factor but we were pathetic. Particularly in the first half. And given how much of the ball we had it's criminal we didn't threaten the goal more.

You are joking about the ref aren't you? How did he favour us? He bought every single time wasting dive by your players.

Absolutely rubbish first half, slightly better than Posh second half, 1-1 probably not an unfair result.

Ref was a weak twat all game, bought into everything they were up to and 4 minutes added on at the end was laughable.

You lot should be sucking the refs balls dry. Your goal was handball as he controlled it, and then he didn't give a clear pen on Forde at the end.

Ive seem those given but Forde 100% dived. That said he gave a free kick for a 'foul' on one of your defenders when there wasn't any contact of any sort so wouldn't have surprised me if he'd given it.

It wasn't a handball either.

You got lucky with your single chance on goal (with a well worked set piece to be fair) but didn't deserve anything from that game, despite us being very poor. Take your point and be glad of it.

Some absolutely riotous scenes in that mansfield away end to get it back to 3-3, as per a sell out but bloody hell that could be massive.

If we could like go 1 game without giving a really ridiculously stupid goal away it’d be magic.

Should have been 2 down in the first five minutes but the young keeper in his league debut did really well for the first and the post stuck its leg in the way for the second.

Birmingham obviously the better side but we hung on in there and had a couple of chances in the second half ourselves. Rush will kick himself for missing the first after the brum keeper passed him the ball.

Footballs a funny game. Decent, positive result and we drop a place. We're going down but we're going down with a fight.

We started poorly again for the third game running, Barnsley to be fair were very good. Humphrys again causing us issues and Russell and Connell in the middle were dominating us.

Their second goal I thought was offside.

Managed to get it back to 2-1, then ended up 3-1 down before managing to make our heavy pressure count to score 3 in 5mins to go 4-3 ahead which killed Barnsley’s momentum and we held out. I don’t think I’ve ever seen us win a game like that. At halftime we was dead and buried.

We will have to beat Wycombe next week, but first a tricky looking trip to Cambridge on Monday. Only got to see results down all the leagues to see now that it’s that time in a season when everyone can beat anyone.

We really weren’t at it again today but importantly got the 3 points. Went 1 up and should really have been able to see it out from there as Northampton didn’t offer much going forward but we gave away a stupid penalty with a ridiculous handball. Playoffs secured. Couldn’t possibly imagine saying that at Christmas

The squad is there, not convinced with the management.........The owners will decide as much as the players if we go up.
How can a manager play two in midfield???

We will certainly finish above Charlton..........You both can bookmark that

So glad I bookmarked this.

Going to predict that Bolton will be nowhere near it next season.

Plenty of sides will be looking to be up there next season and failing in two successive play-off campaigns is brutal.

Some of us know football.

Some of us don’t.

Brilliant win yesterday but somehow I’d rather the life support had been pulled rather than prolonging the suffering of the patient. If we somehow beat Orient on Monday then the impossible is on. But I think they’ll be far too good for us and we’ll lose.

Awesome win yesterday with 2 well taken goals which keeps us in the hunt albeit still very slim chance of staying up but it’s what we do.
First time to Huddersfield, lovely ground but quite possibly the most depressing place I’ve ever been to.

UIE.
