Everyone's scoring today... apart from us :eye:

We were briefly in the playoffs, but now Mansfield are back in there. They've got 4, so do Luton and Bristol Rovers, Orient, Daggers, Northampton, Morecambe and Oxford have three each. Stop fucking scoring all of you (apart from Dagenham, you're welcome to score as many as you like)

Not fussed about what everyone else does, that's a great win for us and keeps the momentum going nicely. We'll actually have the chance to get another 3 game win streak next match with this win, something which has been so elusive in recent years.

Great win that is. Clean sheet too.
2 home games to come now, we've a great chance to progress up the league.
Positive Goal Difference as well, unbelievable.

What a fucking brilliant week that is for us. Two awesome away performances making up for the calamitous league games last week, we could easily have been tonked by Orient and then narrowly beaten today and then we're talking 17th/18th in the league instead of creeping up on the play-off spots. Viva Keith Curle.

Just need to avoid another home slip-up... Morecambe will pose a much bigger threat than Newport did, they have goals in them too.

Jabo might be back for that one possibly? KC said it wasn't as bad an injury as they first thought so maybe a little less than 2 weeks. Back at home I think we'll be back to the more open game we know and love (sometimes).

Well just looking at Morecambe's for and against columns, they're pretty much the same as us... so be interesting to see if they're so open. We might win the battle of the open teams though because we're so clinical, we score a lot of goals despite only creating 3 or 4 chances per game. I'm assuming Morecambe score a lot of goals for the same reason as most teams, because they create a lot of chances, so if both teams are going to get a lot of chances, we may well score more.

The team really are believing in themselves this season, that Newport defeat seems like a lifetime ago now after our last 2 results!

Well I don't see how we can't keep up these results and because we haven't struggled without Jabo it goes to show that we have a great team spirit along with a solid squad. We should stay up there all season. :brill:

Hmmm... This could be a long season! :ffs:

Congratulations to Carlisle though, looked fairly solid and turned in a perfect away performance, could feel the goal coming for a fair few minutes but didn't make it any less painful when it went in :(

Was better than Tuesday night but still not good enough, we're not creating enough from open play and when you get an opportunity like the penalty you've got to take it. Didn't think there was a lot in the game, Carlisle looked a functional, relatively solid side and to their credit took one of the chances that fell their way.

We've lost 4 on the spin and our next 5 don't look like they'll yield too much for us (Exeter, Portsmouth and Northampton away, Wycombe and Oxford at home), if he's not under pressure already, Teddy will be by the end of month. Hopefully I'll be pleasantly surprised but I realistically can't see us picking up any more than 2-3 points from that lot.

Ouch. That is a seriously stiff set of fixtures. [strawclutching]You're the sort of side that Exeter seem to not like playing though, so you might well get a result there, which could set you up for the rest of the month[/strawclutching].

I'd like to share your straw clutching positivity put I have a horrible feeling we're going to get bummed by Exeter on Sunday. If we sit off them and let them have time on the ball they'll tear us apart, hope I'm wrong though!

Not good again, but we were playing like this, same time last year so no reason we can't pick up a bit. The Teddy Out boys are a laugh. He's had 10 games they were spouting before this one, if we went with that we could get through 4 managers a season. They seem to think that gett an experienced manager and playing shit is better than under a rookie? :D

Do I detect a positive in the GD column for my 3rd team? Why no celebration??
