Just looking at the tops of National Leagues N and S to see who we might be playing next season.

What the fuck is a “Concord Rangers”? They’re made up right?
We had them in the 1st round of the fa cup a few seasons ago, bizarre club, somewhere down the south coast.

Will be interesting to see how you go about games against Lincoln and us coming up, that’s for sure.

It’s like deja vu with chesterfield last season

Not that anybody knows, but does anybody think you might be in a better position if you stuck with Nolan?

Either way, no sympathy from me for Big Al, and his shocking attitude. I do feel genuinely sorry for you lot, despite this superior complex you have (same feeling you get from Forest fans) and I’m sure you lot will stick with the club but Al I’m not so sure.

Not buried yet: seems close though.

I thought it was the right decision to get rid of Nolan, but it’s hard to see how it could have gone much worse if we’d stuck with him.

More baffling was the Kewell sacking, he won three on the trot, and were unlucky not to win at the Dongs, where we played well. Hardy’s on another Twitter meltdown, and as others have said, you’d think a multi millionaire businessman would have better things to do than respond to abuse on the internet. It’s like having anything to do with Notts County sends people mad. We’re the Zombie Apocalypse football club.

Folk at Mansfield know we seriously “lucked out” with Radford. Conehead is the opposite of what we needed. Conehead seemed to get caught up with this rubbish that having a decent stadium, being decent some season completely irrelevant to now counted for something, it was like he was trying to resuscitate the British empire of football clubs.

He threw his dolly out the pram as he himself created a rivalry between Mansfield and county that wasnt and still isn’t there, and has failed spectacularly on basically every comparison there is.

I still have his tweet stating you’d get out of league 2 this season saved. What a man.

Biggest budget shittest team. How is that possible? Surprised Notts haven't got special protected status cos their the oldest Football League club or something.

Hardy did state he’d get notts out of league 2 this season though Chris.

I don't know about that....we were bad, really, really bad. You can't help but look at your situation and see that it's very similar to our season last year though, on and off the pitch.

I'm sure you're already well aware but it's grim down here, watching Havant and Waterlooville celebrate a 0-0 with you like they've just won promotion is very sobering.

Dennis and Kellett on course for the League 2 wooden spoon 2 years in a row as well.

Just wondering if there is anyway I can incorporate the living joke that is Stewart Day into this post, can I get back to you?

That’s a bloody good point Chris, can someone at the club look into this. We maybe beyond shit and the worst club in the football league at present but we aren’t and never will be the “pimple on football’s backside”! This has to be factored in surely?

It’s spectacularly bad to spend so much, from last seasons position to be anywhere near the bottom, let alone bottom, and adrift. As with any company when times are this bad, and football clubs are no different the blame should ultimately lie with those in charge. No matter how bad other people’s (manager) actions have been, no matter how much bad luck you have in individual games or with injuries. You are relegated for a reason. All the fans of teams in this league who have been relegated to the non league before us know this already. None of those clubs were in a good state when their time was up and the dropped out the football league#stained

Notts County genuinely looked good in the first half against us, really up for it, playing some decent stuff. I really don't understand how they have completely failed to build on that result or have a new manager bounce. For me though the Kewell sacking was bizzare, beyond bizzare. I doubt he'd have taken you to the level Hardy expected, but would you be in this mess had he not been sacked? I suppose I am not in a position to comment, but it seemed very knee jerk at the time.

I’m pretty sure the vast majority of pies are fully aware. There are only a couple of odd balls who now in hindsight state it’s not bad down there. Everyone else tells it as it is. Lowest point in this club’s proud history.

You have to take the bad times along with the good ;)

Yeah, we were pretty awful under Kewell. A home game against Oldham was a particular low point, although it somehow ended 0-0.

As for Conker’s Q, it’s impossible to know, although there were other issues in the background and certain whispers were becoming louder and louder. However as someone else said, it’s hard to see how it could have been worse. We surely would have won more than 4 games, but I’m not sure the situation would be much better at all really.

Without doubt Kev having three managers, three different approaches, an additional two managers looking over the playing squad and then making their changes is the main reason IMO for this disastrous season.

I’ve sadly been only a fan not a supporter this season and incredibly have only seen one game. The shambolic but weirdly entertaining game with Macc on Boxing Day. We looked a mess. We didn’t look like a team with a plan. In truth I’ve been very fortante to not witness it, just read about it instead.

That mess is because of all the chopping and changing. No stability has meant no reason to fight for the players . Who as always should take a large slice of responsibility . Where’s the personal pride and professionalism?

Unless you are Watford you don’t have success changing managers this offen. 3 in a single season = very bad season.

As always with relegation seasons there are a multitude of reasons for being where we are and things are no different at Notts in 2018/19. It’s just a spectacular version of what has happened dozens of times before to many a club.

Having a lying joke like Stewart Day as chairman for the last five and a half years, a massive overturn of players and instability off the pitch I can certainly relate to what you are going through. Suppose having a chairman with actual money and not one who just pretends he has money might make a big difference.

This is a great point. Surely if everyone got together, they’d vote to boot out a nothing club like Morecambe or Macc rather than us. Will of the people and all that.

Our managers have done some weird things this season but 3-6-1 away at a team who hadn't won at home since August, with the Grade 2 Listed Jon Stead up front on his own, will take some beating from here on in.

Just watched the first goal and seen O’Brien going mad at the defending that allowed it. Think that may be the first time I’ve seen that this season
