Ok, we officially need a point, but let’s be honest we’re practically up.

Not been to these parts for about 12 years, has it changed much?

Welcome Cheltenham, hoping away fans allowed in next season as Cheltenham is a good away day

Looking forward to our opening day at Gillingham - we always seemed to get them away on the opening day.

Will be a very interesting summer for the club with all eyes on Duff's signings, that first home game in league one will be something special, fingers crossed we're (all) in a 'back to normal' position.

Congrats Cheltenham on a well deserved promotion. It's been coming for a while now, in fact I fully believe that your club would have made the top 3 last year if it wasn't for the whole covid mess.

Well done Cheltenham, a good set of posters to have on the L1 board as well.

You lot likely to keep Long and Chapman?

I think Chapman's already signed on and I'll be surprised if Long's not offered something. He's been fantastic this season, and that's despite being played in every position bar his best one. He's still playing at centre-back at the moment and has rarely made any errors. His only problem are niggly injuries.

We actually somehow got 4 points off Cheltenham this season somehow but from what else I've it's been fully deserved so well done to them.

We (Barrow) took six points from Cheltenham, so can only presume their promotion is a fluke.

Basically, if you're crap you'll beat Cheltenham so at least if you manage to stay up Northampton fans, you'll get a few points off them next season.

will you be offering us the same warm welcome.....next Saturday?
No. You lot are going bust in the summer with your entire history expunged from the record books.

The league 1 forum is quieter than its counterpart below. The content is generally good and pretty sensible and level headed.

I should really say WAS as you have the village idiots from Bolton following you up the leagues as well.

One of my saving graces from this season.

Congratulations.

Never been to Cheltenham so pleased to see you come up (assuming we are still here and away fans are allowed next season).

Cambridge to follow please and guess Bolton will have to do.

A win on Friday night will see us return to League one for what feels like an eternity. A point would do it though given our goal difference.

Some of the away days in this league are looking very good indeed but I won't be planning anything until we get the job done.

There's a definite step up with a collection of ex premiership teams who literally think its beneath them to even play you.
We found it really tough the first season and it's impossible to judge this due to covid.
We've set a new club record for away wins in the football league but again I'm putting this down to the covid affect.
