Further to Firthy's claim that Bradford would have sold more i follow passes if the season had started in November it was in the Bolton News that Bolton sold double the amount of Bradford match passes as below (there were difficulties with the Lincoln match so that's why it was in the paper).
The EFL has now launched an investigation and could update supporters via a statement in the next few days to inform them of the next step.
Wanderers were one of the most watched clubs in the EFL last season on iFollow despite playing in League Two, registering more than twice the number of match passes purchased than their nearest rival in the division, Bradford City.
The Bolton News understands that the club will not be left out of pocket after last night’s technical issues.
