Macclesfield Town/Manchester City. It's complicated.
Wilshere's been our best player (again). Standard hasn't exactly been high though.

Great advert for English players..

When all's said and done, Ipswich's front two have looked more threatening than Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal's English players combined.

That's a 32-year-old who's played 50 something games this season and a fella who's been out injured for the majority of the season, by the way.

That was a joy to watch.

Privileged to live in this generation of England superstars.

The 'golden generation' have all fucked off now haven't they? It was meant to be Gerrard, Lampard, Beckham and co who were going to deliver us the glory.

The players are all on holiday, I don't know what you expected. There is obviously not going to be much intensity in a performance after the season has ended in an almost meaningless friendly.

There is only one man who can save this occasion, England's saviour and best player, Jamie Vardy.

If Jack Grealish is watching this he won't wanna play for either side.

Based on the FA Cup final, he'd fit in quite well at both teams.

I don't buy that. England play at this tempo all the time, it's just what you get from a Roy Hodgson side.

James Milner, Jordan Henderson and partially Jack Wilshere have been nothing short of abysmal.

I'm looking forward to seeing the amount of misplaced passes from each individual at the end of the game, I imagine it's going to be bordering on 3 figures by the end of 90 minutes.
What?

Wilshere hasn't been stupidly good or anything but he's been our best player (again) by a mile. I agree with the ginger bellend, Jack should be played further up for England, behind Rooney or whoever's playing upfront.

For once I actually agree with Scholes. Wilshere is at his best around the edge of the box where he can commit people and play one-twos. It's wasted having him sit back and instead have Milner and Henderson struggle to create anything.

Yes, well, feel free to come back and gloat when there is even a single Manchester City youth product in the England squad, never mind a successful one.

It was a golden generation when compared to this.

England are fucking shit aren't they, worst team in the past 20 years? Ebeneezer will be fuming at these words, it's boss when bigots like him exist.

Well, even so, this was never going to be the game that might change that.

I don't see anything wrong with what they've said. He has been England better player so far, hasn't he?

So you disagree Wilshere has been our best player?

Rooney... probably his worst game in an England shirt, even worse than 2010 WC
