Dulwich and Farnborough seem to have been cruelly omitted...
Crap I missed out Dulwich... Farnborough aren't in our league, someone on here linked a twitter post saying that it was a mistake & should have said H&Y

-edit-

fixed it. I also missed out Not Police, not that anyone cares about them enough to notice haha

It is Farnborough chaps, they were relegated (thank Christ), not Hayes.

Oh yeah, I should have known that!

Bit strange that the likes of Guildford, Godalming and Fleet were shunted over to the southern and yet Farnborough are still Isthmian. Perhaps the allocations are trickier at step 4.

Moneybags Margate follow Maidstone up to the National League South following their play off victory over Hendon. So, the long drawn out play offs saga is now over & the 2014/15 season can finally be put to rest with the make up of the 2015/16 Isthmian League now confirmed.

Always nice to welcome new clubs into the Ryman League from below. This year the Ryman South welcomes to new clubs...

Molesey - an old Ryman League club back up from a long spell in the Combined Counties League. Half decent ground with an unusual stand well elevated over the pitch.
Dorking Wanderers - (not the original town centre based Dorking FC of yorn) but a relatively new and ambitious club under the shadows of Box Hill and close to Denbies Vineyard or rather more attractively to my mind, the Surrey Hills Brewery.

Phoenix Sports were promoted from the SCEFL (old Kent League but go into the Ryman North) moving Chatham Town south to the latter's unbridled glee.

Dorking Wanderers are on a crazy ride up the pyramid. We used to have an annual pre season game with them, shame we've stopped, Westhumble was a nice venue to visit.

Their badge makes me want some KFC (the best acronym in the world for football & fried chicken reasons)

I think you are right about Dorking Wanderers, they only started in 1999 in the Crawley and District League and, following a league transfer, have risen from the West Sussex League Division 4 North since then. I can testify that the football at that level really is dire, games watched by a man and a dog, as long as he can keep hold of the leash and stop it making a run for home. However, according to Wikipedia they now have a ground that holds 2000, so the comment above about riding up the pyramid is just about spot on.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dorking_Wanderers_F.C.

They have just signed a former England C international, though I have to admit that it isn't a player I know anything about...some of you of course may do:

So... We've signed Richard Jolly a few years too late. Hopefully he'll bang them in like he did when he got a few Isthmian Golden Boots in a row.

The Paranoid Pineapple wanted my take on Jolls so here it is:

Obviously he doesn't have any height advantage and any speed he had has now gone, however his movement is still superb for this level of football and he finds space in the box. If he gets a run of games and there is some half decent service to him, he'll net double figures easily. Unfortunately he wasn't good enough for the step up (the exact reason why Sutton released him after promotion in the 2010-11 season).

I hope he does well at K's, he certainly goes with all of our best wishes.

Sums up all his positive attributes aside from goalscoring in one small (glorious) video. The run to get through 1 on 1 and then the intelligence to lay the ball off rather than go for goal himself.

He was an absolute beast in a fairly unconvincing early-Dipre days Carshalton & iirc won back to back Isthmian premiers with them lot from the other end of the 213 & then Wealdstone so he has pedigree at this level... I just think it's a bit too late for him to have the same sort of impact for us.

We almost signed him off of Sutton before he chose Wealdstone, that would have made a massive difference to our past fortunes... in form Jolly & in form Bobby Traynor up front (with Dean Lodge winning penalties left right & centre), yeah, we'd have been Conference South bound for sure.

Ta, Aber. He's not that old is he? Early 30s? Should still very much be able to do it at this level if he has a good pre-season behind him. Feeling quite positive about this signing.

Yeah, this would have been nice :(

Jolls netted 48 times in all competitions in the 2011-12 season (32 in the league and 16 in the FA Trophy run), had that been at K's then you would have been challenging for promotion. His 2012-13 season was a poor one by comparison but still scored around 25 goals.

He's 31.

We've got some interesting home friendlies organised already against Peterborough (as part of the Erhun deal), Dagenham and Redbridge and Charlton.

Frazer Shaw has earned a call up to the England C squad for their forthcoming match against Ireland U21's. Well done Frazer!

wow you actually get your promised PSF's in transfer deals? We're still waiting on our visit from Mansfield for the Giles Coke transfer in 2005 (ish).

Peter Dean has announced on Twitter that he's signed for K's after his spell last season at Hendon. Good luck to him and I hope he succeeds there. No Stones supporter will have a bad word to say about him, he gives 100% every match and has scored several goals for us in the past (top scorer for us with 25 goals in the 2010-11 season).

We've just announced it on our OS -

"Hendon attacking midfielder Peter Dean joins Kingstonian
Kingstonian FC are delighted to announce the signing of Hendon attacking midfielder Peter Dean.

Peter played 40 times in 2014-15 for the Greens, scoring once. He signed for Hendon from Wealdstone in the summer of 2014, after helping the Stones win the Ryman Premier title.

He has had two spells with both Hendon and Wealdstone, and has also played for Bishop's Stortford, Northwood and St Albans City."

Sounds like another fairly promising signing, then.

Looks like we're intent on constructing a team full of pretty decent Stones rejects :cool1:

Another new recruit: Ty Smith, a midfielder who's spent the last few seasons impersonating a police officer over at Imber Court.

Looks like Tommy is getting his line up sorted fairly quickly this summer!

Meanwhile over in the East, Canvey are becoming Billericay, and Billericay are morphing into the Urchins (5 players Ricay to Canvey, including Poole & Halle, and 2 ex-Urchins [Curley & Bourne] to Billericay - so far). We've not signed anyone.

So I don't think the rest of the league needs to fear too much from God's own county next season!

Forbes has joined Hemel Hempstead Town, while Vidal is now at Welling.

Forbes started the season really well, needed him, and he really seemed to bring out the best in Pinnock too. Lost his place towards the end of the season though.

Vidal is gonna be a loss, came through Rose's Aspire and he's certainly the best of the attacking midfielders-cum-wingers we have, and is jumping up two leagues. Best of luck to him.
