I can live without 4 wheel sports; The only guys who stirred my interest in internal combustion engines were Dave (Geoff) Bickers and Arthur Lambkin - but I find I need a regular dose of the sound and smell or Herdwicks, Lonks or similar to retain sanity. It's in the breeding.

Segued through Saw Doctors, via Vapors (New Clear Day), to settle on Sly and Robbie (Burning Spear - Social Living) for the evening. Vinyl means regular exercise to clean or flip. Bliss.

Excellent choice too. If you haven't already got them might I recommend Spear's albums Marcus Garvey/Garvey's Ghost and Living Dub Vol2.

Had Vintage Vinos on in the car today. I don't usually like live albums but this is great fun. I think concert sound quality and recordings have improved beyond recognition since the 70's and 80's.
