We've had our fair share of TV coverage these last few years so I'm not against others having their air time which is only fair. I might have totally made this up but does everybody not get an even pay this season from TV money regardless of how many times they're on?

Yep. Darragh McAnthony confirmed on his Twitter. Something around £30k.

Everyone gets even pay in every league but then each home team gets extra for each game there on tv.

Very much improved from us, Charlton were shocking though it has to be said.

That's what you get when you're missing 3 players due to international call ups and your best winger out due to injury.

Only 4 out?
Fuck me, JED would would be running round the pitch naked, tugging one off whilst singing the sun has got his hat on if we only had 4 unavailable for a match.
The fact remains, despite your absentees, the players out on the pitch showed no fight, passion or attacking intent for the entire 90 minutes.
This is not a bash at Charlton, despite my genuine dislike of the football club. Just an honest assessment of what I watched.
If the Gills had played like that (and we have a few times this season) I would be fucking fuming rather than trying to make excuses.
Slade must be on very thin ice now.

Sky never put us on, I guess we will be on once if its contractual but otherwise they wont bother Im sure.

After the FA Cup game at Southport that BT put on I wouldnt blame any station for ignoring us, absolutely horrific match.

Another pointless trip to the North West, where the crowd will be bigger than the TV viewing figures. I will watch through the haze of numerous pints of £1.99 lager.

A fan went into the centre circle on the pitch and sat there at the Ricoh. Not sure what sky were expecting when they chose a fixture at home for cov

FL should have stepped in by now, same with Blackpool where there is a clear issue with the running. If they had any balls they'd get involved but I doubt they care. Sad what is happening to Coventry but the sooner SISU go the better. Playing at Butts Park Arena will be weird if that goes through for them.

I didn't think Sky Sports realised we existed, we're not Sheff United or Bolton.

I'm amazed. Pity Sky was not in Bradford for the entertaining and decent quality 0-0 draw between us over the holidays. If we do fall down the league, I hope Sky are billing it as a battle for the play-offs. Would be very disappointed if we are not contesting them in March.

We will still be fighting for automatic promotion in March.

The Blades can't keep scoring late in games to grab a point or a sneaky draw. Bolton are not good enough. Rochdale will keep on producing. Bradford? not too sure about.

I'm more worried about Northampton tomorrow as they have no manager and we all know what happens then..........

The same Bolton that are only one point behind Scunny with a game in hand and the same Bolton that have beaten both Scunny and Sheff Utd recently? (ok, Sheff Utd was a cup game but still).

Not saying Bolton will finish in the top two but saying they're not good enough to is a strange one.

Interesting comment, we haven't begun to play well yet (still missing 4 players that are coming back from inury that will improve our squad) and we are still in the top 3 where I would suggest you cannot play any better than you have been, plus the blades (in my opinion) are a better side than you and am not expecting them to have a big enough dip to falter.

I'll only make 1 prediction, Blades to be champs at a canter. You seem to say their late winners are lucky. More like opposition holding out as long as they can then succumbing to pressure. Their lead striker is best in this division by a country mile.

Bolton are a decent side but, in my opinion, they are not good enough to get one of the top two spots. Definitely in the play-offs.

The Blades are a very good side, However, we all know that we have good and bad periods over a season, and they are due a "not so good" (but hopefully bad) run. They will still go up. If only we still had BS!!

The Iron to fight Rochdale for the other automatic place. Possibly Bradford in the mix as well.

Bolton and Sheffield United are the best two sides in this league, end of.

Scunthorpe have done very well, but it's play-offs at best for them IMO.

Not strictly L1 but if everyone watches Roofe play for Leeds tonight then you can stop the ridiculous delusions that the carthorses you all support are worth anywhere near £3m. Thanks.
