It’s lovely isn’t it? Bit like test match special or the shipping forecast. I feel the same way about the attendance threads. When I’ve had a busy time I like to unwind by reading about who took the most to Bury or Scunthorpe.

That’s a disgrace. How do we find out the totals then? Headcount? I feel this is an issue that needs to be discussed at length.

I think we're all missing the whole point of SOC's opening post. It was a slow day at work so he thought he'd do his bit to improve this place (voted best footy forum by forum members incidentally but this doesn't mean there's no room for improvement) So he trawled through all of this season's match threads - the day was really that slow - in order to see which clubs' fans weren't doing their bit.

SOC has to take the credit here for doing his bit for the general well being of this board. Going from wanting to delete his account to seeking out new ideas for the future of this forum is no mean feat if you ask me. Well done SOC

I think there's only two (inc me) CTFC fans that post on here, there were more when we were in the Vanarama. I've made supporters aware of this forum on our own forum but they don't seem too bothered about making the switch. I don't think they realise you can post on both

Strangely enough when you were smashing the Conference there were loads on here, then still loads the next pre season predicting you would go up again but then bizarrely they all disappeared when you started losing.....

Yep, there was a drop off of 'support' when things turned sour last season, all those new 'championship' faces disappeared. These were the ones predicting a back to back promotion and giving it most of the mouth even on our own forum, they've gone as well. Gloucester (rugby) are doing well (at home) so they've probably gone there.

Good news for those of a separate match thread persuasion like myself - not a single match thread got less than 10 replies this weekend. Even those couple of designated PCFT's (TM HabbinAlan) managed to easily sail through SOC's rather strict 'at least 10 replies' criteria.

Let's all take a moment to pat ourselves on the back and enjoy this memorable occasion
