Always had a soft spot for Morecambe after they did us a massive favour by beating Southend on the last day of the 14/15 season, without them we’d have not gone up.

I couldn't care less about the PC brigade.

As for Baxter, yes he's still here. Hasn't lived up to reputation so far though unfortunately, however he's been brought back into the starting XI by Scholes and scored straight away so hoping this is the start of an upturn in form.

I don't think he'll ever return to his best, but he could still be more than useful at this level. Certainly more so than Ben Pringle (even though I was buzzing when we signed him last season) and Ollie fucking Banks.

Exactly that last paragraph. Yes he’s not hit the heights we’d have liked but he’s still shown glimpses of being a quality player at this level and I’m not having a Tranmere fan say they’ve dodged a bullet when they have Pringle and fookin Banks in their side.
