Its ST holders I feel sorry for. Pay the money up front and then potentially miss games with all the fixture date and time changes. Then more with the international calls up

You’re right, but at the same time it’s not something they’re not aware of when purchasing the ticket, we knew when we came up that whereas it doesn’t tend to happen in league 2, even if we didn’t have international players (which we now do) we’d likely be playing someone who did.

The question is how do you get round it, if the games scheduled on a tuesday night to start with you have the same issues as before.

There is no getting around it. As always the fans suffer most.

Im glad Sky have a hard-on for the likes of Brum and Wrexham as nobody is interested in us and we have only had one game changed to an early kick off on Sat so far

We seem to get picked quite a lot, don’t get me wrong it usually involves some of the soccerball teams but they like the match up with us.

Even before Wrexham Dynamo used to exist I remember us being picked against Salford a bit.

The Lincoln one is annoying, usually a good en between us two, I just really dislike 12.30 kick offs.

Dunna worry, it really pisses me off and a fair few other reds up this end. The wanking fest they have is quite boring now. I don't know what they talk about. But then again, its a real wonder why we are most teams biggest gate of the season. Its not like Ryan or Rob are going to turn up to Burton in December...

Hmmm, not really but don't let facts get in the way...

Every team we’ve visited in the league in 2024-25 has had their biggest attendance of the season so far against Wrexham.

16 of the 23 teams we visited in the league last season had their biggest attendance of the season against us.

Our last ten away games attracted the biggest attendance of the season for our hosts. (So far in the current season).

I wouldn't bother. He's an old drunkard, doesn't know what he's talking about half the time.

That's not correct.

You had the highest attendances at:
●Bolton (25,957, next highest 22,532)
●Leyton Orient (8,705, next highest 8,527 - although there were more home fans at their recent game with Blackpool)
●Stevenage (5,704, next highest 4,701)
●Rotherham (11,235, next highest 10,404)
●Charlton (24,692, next highest 16,250)

However Birmingham and Peterborough have had higher attendances against others. Yes, Peterborough only recently had a higher attendance against Cambridge, but Birminghams first home game had a higher attendance than your visit.

Bit like saying Mansfield is a circus, cuz you're full of clowns. But its not, so why insist on calling us a circus, when we don't control what bullshit the media come out with?

Or, Mansfield are full of clowns after all. Can't tell.

If you think the TV moves are bad now, you lot are lucky (well, some of you won't have been) where the new BT Sport(?) TV deal came in, in the NL in our first season down there and moved tonnes of games - out of our 23 home league Saturday games I think 12 or so got moved!

He's a clown. Adds nothing whatsoever of value to any conversation.

Instead of moaning, if you feel that strongly about it put him on the ignore feature, problem solved. I’m not even gunna charge you it’s that simple.

Yeah shouldn't be dishing out personal abuse really, lads, it tends to be pretty good natured stuff on here. We should keep it that way.

Does ITV not bother with a highlights programme when the Championship isn't playing? I'm sure Quest used to. Seriously, who gave them the rights?

I’m pretty sure Quest didn’t either….

Though i wholeheartedly agree Quest was much better at highlights.

Good weekend for us capped off with boyhood fan Taylor Harwood-Bellis scoring on his debut for England. His Uncle is basically Mr Stockport County and his dad used to be the mascot, Vernon Bear.

Martin did a lot more than being the mascot (though that's more attention-grabbing I'll get you), worked in the commercial dept for ages.
