Our final 4 (subject to Vale's result tomorrow) have made their selections in total secrecy......well nearly anyway

Only one could be victorious this weekend with the majority relying on the Blades to continue their good form (excluding last weekend)

So for much of my life Port Vale have proven to be one big disappointment and now Third Team Lucky gets to experience that as tonight's draw means there is no place amongst our final few

So we now have confirmation that this gameweek is made up of a final 3 and that means Aber gas, JJH and Muzzle are guaranteed points of some sort. However, as they have all selected the same team we will either see all rolling into round 4 or all sharing the points available for 3rd place - get a good nights rest lads, tomorrow is a big day for you all

So yet again a League 1 Last Man Standing game ends in a stalemate as each of our 3 finalists are let down by Sheff Utd.....

So our 3 defeated finalists, Aber gas, JJH & Muzzle share the 3rd place pot of 115 points and walk away from Game 7 with 38 points each. That leaves a very healthy 1038 points being rolled over into Game 8 which will commence shortly

This result means that the all important points table looks like this:

Bottega Don still leads the way but with the points on offer for Game 8, his position could come under serious threat at any time.

Only those who take part in at least 50% of the games will be included on this table.

I have decided that long term consistency should be rewarded so there will be an end of season bonus for those who finish in the top 5 of this table come the end of the season. Bonus point breakdown is below:

1st place = 500 points
2nd place = 250 points
3rd place = 150 points
4th place = 75 points
5th place = 25 points

Where players are tied in a position, they will each receive the full bonus points for that position - there will be no shared points.
The amount of games you play in and 1st, 2nd, 3rd place finishes will give positional priority where there are ties (hence Fedora Dale being 5th in his own right because he has a 2nd place finish to his name which betters Camborne Gills 3rd place finish)
