Arsenal, Everton, palace and West Ham are rumoured to be after Tomas Holy. Hope we get a bidding war going!

Or it could be like when we sold Gazzaniga and then Tommy Forecast in return on loan. Lol

Anyone know what the fee was?

Just spotted this on the Sunderland forum...

What a classy club Wycombe Wanderers are coming across as.

:brill::pmsl::pmsl:

They know nothing yet!
£380,000 which is not bad since we got him for nothing, he played for Watford so there was no chance he'd play for Luton as he has morals which is good to see in modern football even in League 1 :gr: I'm pissed off he's gone but i wish him well he deserves to play for a bigger club than us and the sell on clause will keep us afloat financially which is what matters for a small club like ours.

What an utterly misinformed and totally uneducated comment.

I am confused (perhaps my lack of education), but wasn't he struggling to get a game at Luton? If he had been considered a first choice forward at Luton and thus played and scored more is there not a chance you may have made the same sort of money as Posh did.

I am failing to see how that is uneducated or a wind-up?

Its more the fact that the situation has been explained to you a couple of times, but you are still persisting with this simplistic line of thought perhaps?

He wasn't playing. But that's not to say he didn't have a chance, he was first choice for the season and a half before but dropped out due to poor form. Then those that came in did better than him and he dropped down the pecking order.

We're after Julien Ngoy on a loan from Stoke. Spent a bit of time at Walsall last year

Sunderland fans now coming across as the biggest nobs to grace this level on Twitter.

Apparently we should be told to fuck off as a small club like us shouldn't be dictating how much we sell our own player for, and Wyke has no ambition if he doesn't force a move through to them, even though championship clubs have shown interest.

News flash, you are run by a cowboy who plays out transfers in the media, have a half empty stadium, two divisions below Bournemouth who get 10k per week, and the kicker is will be hosting Accrington and Wycombe's of this world at the home of football this season.

To be fair a few Bradford fans did a similar thing when we got McArdle. They were shocked he’d join such a smaller club and he must have been offered crazy money to join a much smaller club than Bradford.

We have a few nobs who trawl Twitter tbf, but they were right. Apparently he doubled his salary and got a 3 year deal. Considering what he has left to offer, it is crazy.

Doubling his salary was a total load of shit, as confirmed by our director. The 3 year deal is true though which was stupid.

You put McCardles wages up to 5k pw on a 3yr contract up from about 3k pw, correct not quite double but still a huge rise and contract length for a player with limited ability.

Doncaster fans what's Tyler Garrett like. Is with is and is playing this weekend.

Season long loan according to the Donny press.

We’ve signed Ben Wilson on loan from Cardiff, meh

Only as a back-up, I hope, he's awful. Hopefully he's been persuaded to close or lock his twitter account.

Should do Tyler good, I don't think he was given a fair chance with us and is 3rd choice anyway, he fell foul to Fergie's mood swings unfortunately.

He is back up for us in reality. Though first choice meades does spend half of season injured.

Well nothing here to explain accusations of being on a wind up or a lack of education.

Also nothing to detract from my original argument that Luton were unable to spot the fact they had a 5m asset?

On his day he is unplayable...he just does not have too many of 'em before he goes all mental and leaves the club on a mutual.

It’s been explained to you already that he wouldn’t have been a 5 million asset if he stayed here as he didn’t fit our way of playing.

You seem unable to comprehend that fact though, so reasonable assumption you either can’t comprehend that fact or are indeed “on a wind up”.

Honestly take it as a compliment for your club mate, you’ve developed a young striker that we wouldn’t have been able too due to numerous circumstances.

Clearly we knew he had the ability, as I said he was first choice for 18 months. But he was woefully out of form and quite rightly not playing. A forward rightly not even making the bench on some occasions is not worth £5million in the market place. As I've said, it worked for everyone.

Jon Meades has had to retire at the age of 26 due to ongoing injury problems. Absolutely gutted for him.

Originally we were looking for one LB to challenge him, now we're looking for two and we're close to signing both according to Neal Ardley.

Decent player. He’ll get you at least 5 goals from 25-30 yards. Released due to addiction and ‘personal issues’.
