We've a 150 odd of the 2700 Chesterfield sent us left to sell for our derby next week.

Should be fun
I suspect the crowd won't be much bigger than 8000 if we don't win on Saturday.

We won't win Saturday either, so at least we've something in common.

We've been given 1,052 tickets.

I think they only give the whole stand to their local games - Grimsby, Chesterfield, Mansfield, Notts. We had 1459 in our relatively straight forward 1-0 win there

We've also been given ~4500 tickets for the last game of the season v Notts County.

Will be some game if both teams have something to play for - I don't think we will, I think we'll be promoted by then and Accrington have won the league. But we will still take a big chunk of those tickets.

Has anyone managed to get hold of any figures for the following games yet?
Crawley v Morecambe
Stevenage v Crewe
Stevenage v Wycombe **

Or these which were only posted as estimates?
Swindon v Crewe
Swindon v Exeter
Swindon v Forest Green
Swindon v Port Vale

**(I appreciate that this game might not have finished yet due to Wycombe's game management)

I'm hoping that County will have ensured their play-off place by then, and will rest as many of the squad as legally allowed ready for the play-offs. Then we can stroll to the win needed to snatch the title from Accy on goal difference.:bg:

If the figure you have is 807 I'm pretty sure it's the correct number. It came from the guy who works in our ticket office, who contacted Swindon for it.

4149 Coventry fans in a crowd of 10,316.

In this league following Coventry away feels more like a home match than our actual home matches.

I am not saying these are 100% accurate but are the best guestimates considering the information available. Luton will easily pass Coventry as Luton still have to visit Notts County

Great numbers and vocal support from the sky blues yesterday. I wonder how many Luton will bring on last day of the season?

Hoping for another 10,000+ crowd at Meadow Lane this season and if we a lucky , another in the play offs semis if we scrape in

Surprised at the numbers from Accy and Stevenage as neither bring more than 100 to any game down here. Though thinking about it, I suspect only FGR and Yeovil have brought more to ours than they average. I suspect over a season this adds up to quite a loss for us.

Average number of away fans visiting different grounds.
Over the season the financial benefit to Notts County must be significant.
Not surprising the far flung outposts see the fewest numbers.

Will be Luton and Lincoln top two as Lincoln still have their big following to the Ricoh.
Whereas Lincoln and Luton have almost unlimited allocations at the Ricoh and turned up in big numbers, we were only given 1500 and 1000 at both of their stadium's. That, and our disappointing numbers away at Port Vale on Boxing Day, will ultimately push them ahead.

So at a rough guess our gross income from away fans (800 * 23 * say £15) is approximately £275,000 less than Notts County over a season . I know this will improve next season when we can accommodate more fans but that's still an eye watering figure.

I guess with league two you get smaller stadiums and smaller away ends. Thanks to the Taylor report (and Millwall fans) our stadium became all seater reducing the capacity by more than half to 10k and with no possibility of developing the ground. The demand from our home support means we are filling 90% of the home areas and have no room to give more tickets to away fans. I would guess the same applies to Lincoln. You have to look after your home support first don't you? Your ground on the other hand is far too big for your support in league 2 so you can offer far more tickets. Same applies to Notts County who have always had difficulty filling their ground with home supporters but have benefited from the large away support for local games. By the way I'm sure our following to yours would have been considerably more had it been a Saturday game intead of the rearranged Tuesday fixture. Hopefully in our case we can soon press ahead with the new stadium and one day significantly increase the number of tickets to away fans. Untill then we will just have to carry on with the present arrangement whether it be Accrington or Manchester Utd in town.

Most definitely. At the end of the day we can't sell ours out and we can therefore give away fans what they want.

Luton and Lincoln both consistently sell the majority of their seats.
