Yeah it is pretty grim, there is no way round that.

I think the mitigating circumstances are that we had lost our previous 6 away games, it's a Tuesday night in wales (they only managed 98 on a Tuesday night in August!) and that we are all saving our money for Cheltenham on Saturday, which is a more important game, in a Saturday in a much nicer town.

Our away followings have not been great all season. Especially on Tuesday nights. Newport is 4 hours from us, it's the first I've missed all season as I couldn't be arsed having the day off considering the bus left at 1.

For a team striving to get into League 1 - rubbish. Not sure how the Rochdale comparison is relevant.

Not sure why you're so bothered though as it doesn't affect Luton in any way whatsoever. 2,900 ain't bad all things considered.. E.g midweek, freezing, 4 home games this month, unattractive fixture..
