We have been given 578(?) initially but that will obviously go very quickly given that we took that to Luton in what was an all-ticket midweek game. I'm sure we'll get in excess of 1000 tickets in the end, but there seems to be confusion from our end given the small number on sale at the moment.

The first batch will sell out (to season ticket holders) today or tomorrow, but the club don't know if we will get more next week to prevent Gasheads turning up next weekend and then getting turned away as we have exceeded our allocation.

That's my worry TG. If we sell out initial allocation in the next 24 hours or so, it would be incredibly naive/brave/stupid of Orient to allow pay on the day given how many we have taken to away games in the past year or so. Win on Saturday and, as you say, we could sell our 1,200 tickets, meaning if even more travel they could have a wasted trip.
