I look at Crawleys form, and my first thought is that it would be typical Sutton to drop points here…

Removing my eternal pessimist hat for a moment, this is a great opportunity to get Saturdays ever so slightly disappointing performance out of our system. Interesting fact, we haven’t scored more than 2 goals in a game since the corresponding fixture last season

Sounds splendid! We have two plans to be honest - play to win or play for a point. Our 'playing to win' plan consists of simply having more forward players on the pitch than in the 'play for a point' plan, with no discernible change in actual tactic or formation.

Incredibly defensive line up, Stockport’s looks the polar opposite. I think we’re in for a long night

Stockport have mainly been fannying about at the back and out wide so far, but have turned it up a notch in the last few minutes. Our very defensive line up is allowing balls into the box in the knowledge we have plenty of men in there to try and deal with them, which we have done so far.
