I’ll be honest it would be nice to get rid of Stevenage.

The good news for us is that Plymouth Live have awarded us a goal I can't remember us scoring, but every little helps.

I just want the symmetry of Westley's first spell at Stevenage, gets them promoted to League 2... second spell, promoted to League 1... third spell, relegated to League 2... fourth spell... please pretty please.

Stevenage sometimes have a circus across the road from their ground.

I remember the then Stoke manager, Alan Durban stating "if you want entertainment, go to the circus", a policy still in force with those clowns.

I never get when fans of other teams give such strong views and politely disagree with another teams fan based on usually one and at most two games witnessed. Unless they are just on the windup. It carries almost no weight and verges on disrespectful.

Neither do I Viking chappie. Like when somebody boldly claims that some side that his lot have just brushed aside will definitely not stay up, while disregarding one very important thing - they've only watched said side just the one time.

But what can you do eh? Some people like your good self also struggle to grasp the English language. The first thing I said was 'I can only go on the couple of times...'

I'm not that stupid to think that I know better than the Stags fans. I merely pointed out that on both occasions their midfield was fine and did a good job protecting the back line IMO

Strong views indeed. lol.

I’ve banged on about how Mansfield are probably the best team I’ve seen at the CG this season. Obviously they aren’t that good very often - as their league position proves.

At the end of the day, league position doesn’t lie. Every club has now played every other club. We’ve all played well in some and not in others.

Law was level with your no. 11 when he received the ball. Not sure about a penalty claim, looked similar to one Bowman had in the second half to be honest.

How you had a clear view from where you were is impressive

Ha. I'm afraid I'm not hardcore enough to make the trip for what was the 4th game between the two sides this season. Though that could've been 3 times if only you didn't throw away that FA cup game at The Abbey instead :ffs: You were well on top that day.

I only watched the game on ifollow, so you could say I had a better view of the two incidents, and I still think Law was offside. Same for the penalty as well.

I honestly don't recall the Bowman incident though???

Vanni you did indeed start correctly with that caveat but then foolishly followed it up with the politely disagree with the Stags season ticket holder comment. So that's your 2 games versus his 20+ games viewpoint, carries very little weight. Hmmmm you half fell into the very trap we are talking about. It's ok chap it's common on here and is also used to judge players as well as teams.

I like how you’ve seen us once and think we’re amazing and I’ve seen us 22 times and think we’re absolutely fucking wank.

Shut up mate Mansfield are quality. You're deluded!

Lots of love, another impressed Swindon fan who was relieved to take the points on the day.

Bit like Carlisle, looked a good side in all 3 games against us so far this season, and also when they battered us at TNL last season (under Pressley), but according to their fans haven't been great for the best part of a year.

He was concerned in case Popey's penalty broke the net and damaged the camera :cool1:

Luckily he didn’t achieve either possible outcome of intent... Pope still scored so didn’t put him off and the camera was put down at an angle it still got the goal cam clip!

We haven't played Macclesfield yet. They could be world beaters too...

We’ve decided to be kind this season and be festive and give virtually everyone 3 points.

If someone referred to me using the C-word, as some of our fans did to Mark Cooper on Saturday, I think my response might have been less dignified.

In stoppage time, David Wheater blocked a Macclesfield shot on the line on Saturday.

The ref gave a penalty and red card for handball. But it hit his hip. The red card has been rescinded, but Oldham have been robbed of two points there.

Christ that’s nowhere near his fucking arm, standard of officiating in this league is an absolute joke. Look how excited the little twat is to get his red card out too.

The standard of refereeing in L2 has somehow become even worse this year. It's an absolute disgrace. They must have had an intensive summer training school on how to completely ruin games.

It is because of VAR. The referee's down here had to be promoted as you need more officials in the top flight now to cover doing VAR hence L1/L2 has ended up with a load of non league referee's promoted this season, some who appear to be clearly not up to standard.

Saying that the worst referee I have seen at Vale in recent years was actually Premier League Referee Mike Jones who took charge of us against Chesterfield in a crucial relegation battle. Awful!

It’s just staying in line with quality of the teams.
