Completely deserved lead at half time for us, should be further ahead really. Been a terrible game due to the conditions and Newport's tactics. It's foul after foul with them, 12 already.

We’re making Crawley look like world-beaters.

This is truly awful! Absolutely shocking. No apparent willingness to win.

Get in! Finally beat those cheating anti footballers in the league! Late penalty which was about the only real piece of quality to win that from Conlon.

Stevenage battle hard but can’t score for toffee.

Huge win!

Instantly forgettable in terms of the quality on show but we have got the three points. That is the kind of game we have fallen short in all season so a tick in the box to come away with a win.

Thought Nathan Smith for us was excellent and dealt with their big lump up front really well. Joyce did well too.

Sounded a fun game at Field MFI.

Lead 2-0, then concede 3, equalise in injury time and then throw away the point in the 96th minute. Crazy game, but great entertainment for all those in attendance
Hard to enjoy at the thick end but we did look good for a while at 3-2. Mansfield were getting some good breakaways and crosses in and we seemed to be flapping more than usual at the back. Just surprised we've managed half a season's goals by our lights in the one game. The winner was a thing of beauty, whacked in in one of those last minute melees.

Fantastic that the lads put on apparently one of their best performances of the season for the fans that travelled.

Delighted for Jephcott could he be the striker we’ve needed and he was on loan at Truro all along? Certainly looks like he can finish and 4 in 2 can’t be a fluke.

Bakinson looks a class act and pleased the new lad Hardie came on and got on the scoresheet.

Also pleased for Billy Clarke at Grimsby. Intelligent player just not the type of striker for Lowe’s system. Sound professional.

I’m just glad after all the shithousery they’ve done to us down the years we’ve finally beat them in the league! Popey best keep of twitter tonight as he is very outspoken about Westley and Stevenage usually!

Low quality but with three points and Morecambe and Orient up in the next week we could be right in the mix this time next week.

Well the first half was probably the worst 45 minutes I have ever seen. When the highlight is the ref going off you know it's bad. Game turned on a moment of quality from Nicky Law. Having said that, Cambridge had two excellent chances and fluffed them.
Table is looking good for us, we are really grinding out results at the moment

Easy win that. Just thought we'd give Mansfield a bit of a start to make it exciting.

Seriously though, GET THE FUCK IN.

When Aaron leathered that in old style, what a moment. Thought March looked fine, made some good runs and brown some decent touches again. Now we've found out what a goal looks like second half of the season might be more interesting.
